"Hello?" irita kong pagsagot sa phone.
Istorbo naman kasi. Halos tatlong oras pa lang ang tulog ko dahil sa session kanina sa Gangster University.
"Dem, where the fuck are you? Lalaban pa tayo sa Hysteria."
Nawala naman ang antok ko nang marinig ko iyon.
"Huh? Ngayon ba 'yon?"
"Duh?! 3:18 na. 3:30 AM ang laban!"
"Dammit! Why didn't you remind me kanina sa GU?"
"Oh, you're seriously not blaming this on me?!" mataray nitong sagot. I bet she even rolled her eyes.

I heard her sigh. "Sa Bellberry Soccer Field, Dem. Weren't you listening when we discussed about this?"
"Bellberry? You mean our subdivision?"
"The exact same. Dalian mo na siz!"
"Fine! Tsk." I ended the call.
Sinilip ko si Vruha at bumulong, "siguro naman tulog ka talaga 'no?"

"And what's up with that lame get-up?" Jian raised a brow. May suot pa kasi silang face masks at shades na parang laboratory goggles.
