CHAPTER 1 

CATHERINE S POV :

 " Vegas . Here we come ."

"Yay !"

"Shut up , Danny ."

"You are such a party pooper . "

"Im not."

"Shut up , guys."

Emily , my best friend shouted at me and Danny . We both instantly looked at each other and i tackled him in the backseat of emily s car . We fought for what seemed like forever and all of a sudden Danny flipped me and was on top of me . Then he started tickling me . I squirmed beneath him but he continued tickling me until Trevor , Emily s boyfriend pulled him off of me . I silently thanked him and glared at Danny . 

"You are dead , Danny . D .E .A .D ."

He poked his tongue at me and continued shouting at the top of his lungs . I shaked my head at him and started watching the city . We checked into a hotel Trevor already booked and went to our rooms . The guys played poker and all kinds of games that night and well to say we too played quite a few games and Emily won nearly ten thousand dollars . We were tired and went to our rooms . The next day , we went out to see the city . Its really a beautiful city . We enjoyed the entire day and when its late in the evening i was leaving for my room when Emily stopped me . 

"We were going to a club tonight . Get ready . Wear something pretty . "

"Im not coming . Im tired . "

"Oh , Come on , we are leaving tomorrow . Lets enjoy . Please .Pleaase. "

"Fine . "

She didnt leave me alone . She followed me into my room and dressed me the way she like and the way i hate . After applying makeup and doing my hair she left to get ready . I must admit she did a great job with me . After an hour we left our rooms and went to this club . Every one was drunk around me and i started feeling a bit uneasy . I did nt want to stop them from having fun so i silently slipped out from the club . I made my way in the parking lot towards Emily s car and sat on the hood looking at night sky . 

Suddenly i felt someone beside me and turned around to see a guy standing beside the car watching me . He s looking well , what Emily would call hot . He had this chocolate brown hair that falls on his eyes and electric green eyes . One would get lost looking into those eyes . 

"Hey ,there ."

"Hi ."

"So , what are you doing here ?"

"Waitng for my friends. "

"By the way , im Edward ."

"Im Catherine ."

"So , woould you mind joining me for a drink while waiting for your friends ?"

"Sorry , i dont normally drink ."

"Oh , that s ok. Coke then . "

" That s fine . "

"I will get that . Just wait here . "

He quickly dissapeared from beside me into the club . I dont know why im talking to strangers . He might be a chainsaw murderer or a serial killer or some sick whacko . But the evil me reasoned with me he was not . Actually i have have two concience. One is good me with a white dress on my right shoulder and another the bad me with black and red dress on my left shoulder  .Ok, dont laugh . I know its quite funny . 

Actually its a lot funny , good me .

No , its not . evil me.

he does nt look like that , evil me .

evil me killing good me .He returned back with two cokes and gave me one . Then we started talking about random things and i dont know how but i dozed off into sleep . 

The next morning i woke with some thing heavy draped across my waist .Boy  , its really heavy . I opened my eyes and adjusted myself to the light and turned around only to find . . . .. . . . . . . .  .. . .
