Loneliness kills even the brightest fellow
Fragility at its finest, every single moment
Life shrouded in darkness, dark and shallow
For one who wonders, should he lament?
Lies cover the face of a coward
Smiles and laughter are only a facade
Of what is afraid to come on forward
A hidden sorrow between every applaud.
Every movement might seem overly cynical
In front of a two-faced victim
Every action is very critical
Afraid of what will come over him
Laughter and smirks from a hypocrite
Tears and wails behind the golden lie
Beloved by others and yet considered a misfit
Aggravating others while being sly
What joy is there in a life so idle
Acclaimed fortune, what might it become
Grudge against self might be suicidal
Watching your life like a television rerun
The uglier the truth, the deeper the lies
Living in an illusion, feeding on ones fantasies
Illusions fade and fantasy dies
Breathes back to reality, breaks ones ecstasy
Dreams might fade as well as the illusionary
Grip from reality, he might then atain
Breaking the glass of the imaginary
This is what it feels to be human again
