A Niall Horan Fan Fic

Deliah's POV-

It was like any other day in London- Cloudy and rainy. I decided to take the subway (Sorry for people in UK, but our underground transportation is called subway,but you have something similar ibelieve!). It was my first year in college in a whole other country, I decided to take a risk and come to London. 

I needed to get out of Florida and go somewhere to peruse my fashion career, and have enough space from my family.Getting used to the weather and time was hard at first, but now it's just my everyday lifestyle! 

I was now heading back to my flat where I had to finish up some homework and get to work at a local pub (18 is the age to drink;she can work there).

London has always been super busy; but as of now its JAMMED PACKED.

And theres only on reason why- One Direction Infection.

I admit- One Direction was cute and had decent music- but all these girls were kinda getting on my nerves…

As I got to my flat I listened to my voicemails- Another one from mom, and ugh- three from Brandon. Brandon is my ex-boyfriend. We didn't have a good relationship,yet we always ended up backtogether.But I was serious about this last breakup.

I couldn't take it anymore. I guess I should just change my number,It's getting way too out of controlled. 

I headed to the pub-Where I spent most of my days waitressing and cleaning. It was a small little Irish-English pub in the heart of London, but most people couldn't find it.

I don't blame them,

I was walking home one night alone in the rain after I gotten into a fight with Brandon.I was walking down an alley and spotted the pub and it was open.It's a cute little dinky place.

That night, I went in and had some Fish N Chips. I met Marlene,and ever since she's been my London mother.

We are all one big family. 

Luckliy my flat was just a 2 blocks away from the pub,so I could easily get there. I walked outside and it was pouring rain.

''Here you go Miss. Deliah Edney'' My doorman Michael said.

He handed me an umbrella. He helped me with my bags when I moved in and is very nice; He is about 50 and I always bring him back some dessert from the pub.

'' Thanks!We're having black forest cake tonight!'' I yelled running out towards the street.

I was greeted to the pub and started taking tables. Not many people come in here this late, But eh-you never know. So my work hours weren't done till 11 pm, But they would let me get off early. They knew how much fashion school meant to me and how hard I worked.

As I was cleaning off the tables and floors I heard the bell go off thats attached to the door.

I heard Marlene talking to some people at the front desk,so I just carried on with my work. 

Marlene said to clean up the bar so I walked over and cleaned off the counter.

Being the klutz I am, I didn't notice the spilt beer on the floor.

This was one of the many things I hated about working at a bar- Drunk people and cleaning up, In my case, slipping on it.

I kind of wish I listened and got those steel toe-slip restitant ugly shoes..

Before I knew it, I had one food in the air and I was falling backwards.

Dear Lord, Why does this always happen to me?!

But all of I sudden I heard a husky Irish accent say ….

'' I got you, You alright mate?''

Okay, So maybe it wasn't a mistake to wear those shoes...
