Karmin's POV

I woke up that morning by a text from Harry. It said: Hey, Karmin. Meet at the park near you in 10? (: xx

I smiled at the text. I text my other best friend Radio and told her I was going to the park with Harry. She was really good friends with One Direction. I put on skinny jeans, flip flops, and a t-shirt that read Live, Laugh, Love. I ean downstairs and my Dad called to me.

"Hey! Where you going?"

"To the park, Dad. Meeting a friend." I replied.

"Better not be no boys," He said sternly.

"Yeah, yeah." I said to him and walked out of the door.

It took about 10 minutes to get to the park, so I just walked. It was a beautiful day. So many people biking and talking. I was smiling.

Someone tapped me on the shoulder.

"Hey beautiful." It was Harry, smiling cheekily.

I looked at him and blushed. "Hi." I smiled.

"Let's go for a a walk!" He put out his hand.

I took his hand and stood up. Our eyes met for a moment, and then I let go of his hand.

"So..." he bagan. "Do you like it here?"

"I guess so... I mean I really wanna get out of this place one day and travel the world!" I replied.

He smiled. "I have been to a lot of places around the world. It's quite amazing. But America is so cool."

I looked at him. "Why did you want to hang out with me today?"

He laughed. "You are a cool girl. You don't scream when the boys and I are around. I dunno. You are different."

"and different is good?" I asked.

"Totally." he nodded.

I smiled. We talked about the most random things such as favorite foods, the boys, favorite stores, and all kinds of other stuff. I was having an awesome time.

Harry's POV

She was so beautiful and perfect in every way... I thought. I really like Karmin...even though it seems crazy because we had just met only a day ago. I want to ask her out..but I don't know if she likes me back. Should I ask her? Should I tell her I like her? I want to be more than just friends with Karmin. Is she the girl I have been waiting for?

I grabbed Karmin's hand. She looked at me and blushed.

"You blush a lot..." I laughed a little.

"Is that a bad thing?" she asked me.

"Not one bit, it's cute."

Karmin's POV

"Well thanks!" I smiled.

We came across a hill and went up it. I tripped and almost fell over a rock on the ground, but Harry caught me. We looked in each others eyes for awhile. He looked to be leaning in to me but I pulled away quickly.

"T-Thanks." I brushed myself off.

"Yeah....any time." He scratched his head.

We sat down on the hill like nothing had happened. We talked more about little things and every day life. We were there nearly all day.

Harry's phone buzzed.

"It's Louis." he said. "I gotta be at the hotel for something."

All of a sudden, I got really upset.

"O-okay." I said.

"I'm sorry Karmin... Could we hang out another time?"

I half smiled. "Sure, I guess."

Harry's POV

I looked at her alf smile. I could tell she was upset. I really didn't want to go.

"You know...I'll just tell Louis whatever he needs I'l help him with later."

Her mood enlightened and she smiled at me.

"Okay." she said and nodded.

I sat back down beside her.

Karmin's POV

I was so happy that he stayed with me. Does he like me...? I thought to myself. I could feel myself blushing. It was sunset now...and we just stared at the horizon. I felt like Harry and I had been best friends forever. He suddenly stood up and put his hand down at me.

"C'mon." he said.

I took his hand. "Where are we going?"

"I've been around here beofre, I wanna show you something."

He took me to this huge, beautiful tree with pink flowers all over it. It was a Weeping Willow tree and its brances were touching the ground. You couldn't see behind it.
