Family: July Lovegood (mom, muggle), Xander Lovegood (dad, wizard), Luna Lovegood (cousin, witch), and Xenophilius Lovegood (uncle, wizard).

Background: She grew up with her mother and father in America but moved back when she got her letter from Hogwarts. Loves dancing in the rain, it relaxes her, and playing pranks. Hates bullies, and rude people who judge before getting to know them.

Extras: Has a pet wolf cub (Athena) that was magically enchanted to never change she is her best friend, and they can talk through Raine's thoughts. Is a half metamorphagus(spelling?). Has a crush on Fred when she meets the Weasleys.
