So once you find a good Manga and have the time to read it, the best way to do so in my opinion is to read the entire book once. Try not to miss any small developments and changes, even though you will. After you read it once, I would read it again. Just read it through, enjoying it. I garentee you will find things you missed the first time around.
The reason behind this; You can understand the situations better if you know who did it and why. Once you know the reason, other details may present themselves.
