Up All Night (One Direction)

Alina darted to away just as Sofia announced for everyone to get comfortable. For the past three months, Alina has had her eye on this specific bed. It was a wonderful bed and she really wanted it but however, she didn’t have enough money to purchase the pirate bed. 

 That is right, Alina wanted a pirate bed. But oh, no it wasn’t just any pirate though, it had a SLIDE! 

 “Wait up!” Voice said from behind. Alina stopped and turned around, waiting for Zayn to catch. When he caught, he propped his arms on his knees and began panting as he said, “For someone so small, you get far in very short times.”  

 Alina rolled her eyes and then said harshly, “Why are you following me?” 

 “We got voted in partners, and you had already ran off so I was forced to go with you,” Zayn glared. 

 “Well, if I’m stuck with you, you might as well come with me and make yourself useful, Pretty boy,” Alina sighed, she turned around and began running again. 

 “Wait!” Zayn yelled, running after her, “I am not a pretty boy!” 

 “Think again, PRETTY BOY,” Alina hollered, turning her head slightly. She looked back ahead, and found that she had made it to the pirate bed already. She stopped in front of the bed and grabbed ahold of the anchor that hand on the bottom. 

 She pulled on it, along with edge of the bed/boat but unfortunately, it didn’t even budge. She continued on until Zayn came and asked, “What are you doing?” 

 “I am completing my quest to become a pirate. The last test is for me to take something that doesn’t belong to me, I am taking this bed,” Alina grinned, trying one more time to make the bed budge. 

 “So,” Zayn dragged on, “You’re stealing it.” 

 “NO,” Alina yelled, “BORROWING...without giving back.” 

 “So, you’re basically stea-” 

 “NO!” Alina scolded, “NOW MAKE YOURSELF USEFUL AND HELP ME TAKE THIS BACK TO BASE CAMP, PRETTY BOY!” 

 Suddenly, a large crash with a few yells happened, making Alina jump in her boots and yelled, “‘Da fuck was that?” 

 The ground began shaking, scaring Alina. She looked for a place to go when she remembered the earthquake drill from primary school. 

“STOP! DROP! AND ROLL!” Alina yelled, doing exactly that. As she was rolling, she was tackled under a desk nearby by Zayn.

 “That’s the wrong drill,” Zayn muttered, loud enough for Alina to hear over the earthquake that seems to be happening at the moment. Crashed began sound here and there, slightly distracting Alina but not that much. Suddenly, Alina realized how close she was to Zayn. She was close enough to feel his body heat radiating off of him. She sniffed the air and it smelled wonderful but she soon realized it was Zayn. 

 She raised her eyes to Zayn’s face and began examining. He was really hot, there is no doubt about that. Zayn, realizing she was checking him out, smirked making Alina’s eyes drop to his mouth. Alina flinched a bit as another crashed happened nearby but it didn’t stop her from doing what she was going to do. Alina began leaning in, growing closer and closer, as she also tried to stay still, to Zayn until they were a few inches apart. 

 A smile began tugging at his lips but she could tell her wasn’t trying to. She leaned in closer and then whispered, “You have pretty teeth.” She then turned away, oblivious to what she had just done. 

 When Alina was sure that the earthquake had ended, she crawled out from under the desk and looked around the place to see everything ruined. 

 Alina whistled and said breezily, “Wow, that was one baaad earthquake. What’s Poseidon pissed about now?” 

 Zayn crawled out from underneath the desk too and assessed the situation besides Alina and nodded his head in agreement. Alina turned to Zayn ready to go back to the pirate bed and continue her quest when Zayn so rudely interrupted her and yelled, “OUR FRIENDS!” 

 He then darted away leaving Alina confused, what about their friends? She shrugged her shoulders and went to the pirate bed. 

 Her eyes widened, watering a bit when she saw the damage that had occurred to it. The bed was in pieces. She dropped to the ground and yelled, “CURSE YOU POSEIDON!”
