A/N – I wanted to dedicate this chapter to Octotroph for making me the lovely banner on the side and also for her comment!

Oh! And Jade is not pregnant! She is simply being a bad tempered, hormonal teenager;)

I have decided to keep Austin Butler as Jared because I will be using Alex Pettyfer in an upcoming story of mine, but you could always just imagine Alex as Jared anyway!

September flew by and I found myself getting swamped by school work, it seemed that Year Eleven would be the year that my life would end. It didn’t even bother me that I couldn’t see my friends for two weeks, because even if I hadn’t have been grounded, I wouldn’t have been able to see them because I was too busy trying to catch up with all my assignments.

I had been so swamped with trying to finish my English coursework that I had completely forgotten about the history essay that I needed to complete by fifth lesson today, which was why I was moodily sat in the library, trying to get the school computer to work. I had planned to go to town with Lucy, Violet and Edward during my lunch hour, but unfortunately I was stuck in the freezing cold library instead.

“Stupid piece of shit!” I cursed nastily at the computer.

It had been beeping loudly for ten minutes, the screen refusing to light up so that I could complete my essay on Word. I was fiddling with the many wires connecting the screen while I resisted the very strong urge to just give up and throw it out the window – but I was pretty sure that Mrs. Reece, the school librarian, wouldn’t be very pleased if I succumbed to my urges to destroy all the school computers.

“What the hell are you doing to that poor computer?” A voice questioned from behind me.

I quickly glanced behind me, my eyes widening guiltily at the fact that I had been caught trying to kill the stupid computer.

Jared was stood behind me, his hands dug into his pockets and his shirt rolled up messily to his elbows. His hair wasn’t in his normally perfect windswept style, instead it was messy and a few pieces of hair strayed onto his forehead.

He raised an eyebrow when I didn’t reply, “Have you gone mute?”

“No, I’m just ignoring you.” I replied curtly.

I hadn’t spoken to Jared since our argument behind the bike sheds. Even though weeks had passed the argument had remained fresh in my mind, I still couldn’t believe what he had said to me, and the fact that our argument had bothered me so much. I hadn’t told anyone about my argument with Jared, despite the fact that Edward, Lucy and Violet had asked me whether or not he had apologized for not denying the rumors that we had hooked up.

“Oh really?” Jared questioned in amusement.

            “Yes.” I huffed.

“Well you’re not really doing a good job; you’ve already spoken to me three times.” Jared snorted and the familiar prickle of irritation settled in my stomach, it seemed that Jared and I couldn’t go two minutes without annoying each other.

“Do me a favour Felton, piss off.” I said boredly. I turned my back on him and faced the computer again. I could feel his eyes on me as I resumed my battle with the computer.

“Has anyone ever told you that you are very aggressive?” Jared grumbled.

I rolled my eyes, “Has anyone ever told you that you are very annoying?” I retorted.
