(ON HOLD!!)My Love/Hate Relationship

I really do like Nick, but I also hate him. The hot, high-school heart throb that every girl was after, had just asked me out. Problem was, just two days ago, Nick was slamming me agents the lockers as we walked down the hall. I had to admit, his jet black hair, deep grey eyes and bad boy attitude where hard to resist, but a girl has to do what a girl has to do.

I punched him in the nose.

"Aw! Man!" He yelled, clutching his face. "What was that for?!"

"Was this a bet?" I yelled in his face. "Did your little friend Kendal put you up to this? You hate me, but you just asked me out? I don't think so!" I turned on my heel and walked down the hall, swinging my book bag over my shoulder as I went.

"Sadie, Sadie wait!" Nick called after me. Kendal - Nick's ginger best friend who had about two brain cells and a taste for trouble - was helping him up. I kept walking. If that jerk wanted to talk to me, he could do it to my butt. He was such a... GRRRRRRRRR!!!!! I wanted to slam my fingers in my locker. Or my head.

All of a sudden, Nick was behind me, his arms around my waist. I spun around to smack him, but before I knew it, he was kissing me. he slammed our lips together hard, and had one hand on the back of me head to keep me from pulling away. I punched and kicked him with all my might, but Nick didn't budge. I ended up biteing his lip, but he took it the wrong way, and opened his mouth, sliding his tongue over my lips. I was finally able to break away, but only had time to say; "You son of a..." before I fainted in his arms.

When I came too, I was in the nurse's office on one of the little beds they have in there. Nick was sitting an a chair by me, and before I knew what i was doing, I took his hand in mine and intertwined our fingers. He looked over at me and smiled.

"Is this you excepting my invitation?" He said in a seductive tone. Dang he was hot!

"No. I just want to know if it was a bet."

"Alright. My friends and I bet on a lot of stuff. I mean a LOT of stuff, but we never bet on girls. Ever."

"Fine, just ONE date. And you can't tell anybody!" I said, sitting up.

"Why? I thought you would want to brag to all your friends about this."

"Well I don't. I already told all of them I hate you, so if we where all of a sudden dating, that would be weird."

"Your right. And, I'm sorry for bullying you. I guess I just don't know how to tell anybody that I like them.All the girls in this school try to hard. I like someone who's just, herself. You know what I mean?"

"Yea. All the girls wear two hundred dollar shoes and tones of makeup to make boys like them, but me, I'm all natural."

Nick laughed and brushed his lips across my cheek. "Friday. I'll pick you up at seven." Then he turned and left.
