Suddenly, a door about a meter away from me opens. Out steps Lucas. Instantly stopping, I feel my heart beat increase. Where am I meant to go now? I start moving backwards, but he just follows.
Getting out of my car, I hear a familiar voice calling my name.
I turn around to see Lucas. He's the biggest jerk in school, and he's absolutely in love with himself.
"What?" Attitude seeps through my voice.
"Just want to let you know you have a nice piece of ass." He shrugs, an innocent look on his face. His friends laugh, some of them agreeing. I give them all the bird.
"Suck on it, Mitchel."
He shakes his head while walking closer to my car. "That's your job."
"Ew, not likely."
"We'll see." He licks his lips.
I let out a noise of disgust and his friends laugh harder, as does he. I don't really see what's funny. They have the whole cheer leading team there to sexually annoy, though I'm sure majority of the cheerleaders wouldn't mind, so why do they have to annoy me? I catch the girls' jealousy looks.
I walk away from the popular crowd and over to Kelly, who's by the front entrance of the school. I give her a hug and immediately after she fills me in on what's been happening.
"I heard Paul talking to Dave, and he was saying that he was only with me for sex, and since it isn't any good, he's ending it with me." She continues heading to our lockers.
Paul is Kelly's boyfriend. Ex, now I guess. And Dave is his best friend.
I stop walking and she turns to give me a funny look.
"Well aren't you sad or something?" How can she be so unaffected by this?
"No!" she laughs.
I don't understand the funny part. "Well why not?"
"Well he was right, the sex was bad. But on his doing. He has a small dick!" She laughs harder.
I admit, I admire Kelly's courage.
The bell rings and we hurry to our lockers. I guess we were too engrossed in our conversation. Grabbing our Biology books we slowly make our way there.
Despite the bell ringing, hardly no one is in class. Deciding we'd better sit at the back - Mr. Brooks spits - we head down there. As soon as we sit, we're joined by Lucas and one of his friends, Kyle.
I close my eyes and sigh. Why must this always happen?
"What's up, babes?"
I turn my head to the right and glare at Lucas. "Your dick."
Kelly and Kyle both laugh, while Lucas rolls his eyes.
"Haha," He laughs sarcastically. "Only you would know, you can't take your eyes off of me." He grins.
"Keep dreaming." Usually I'd reply with something better, but I'm just too tired.
Mr. Brook's walks in, and the class falls silent straight away. He starts rambling on about our latest topic, which is something I haven't been concentrating on.
Going to get out my ipod, I'm distracted by Lucas raising his right hand. Shocked, I look between him and the teacher. This is the first time I've seen his hand up, ever.
"Yes Mr. Mitchels?" The teacher's dumbfounded.
"Tarsha is annoying me. I've already - so nicely - rejected her date offer, but she just wont stop asking. Sir, it's hard for me to concentrate."
The class starts laughing, and I follow in suit. Sarcastically, of course.
"In your dreams, little boy."
"Little boy?" He emphasizes 'little'. "Please. I have the note right here."
He holds up a piece of paper which is obviously fake.
"Bullshit!" I yell, jumping up from my feet. My eyes follow the note that's being passed up to the teacher.
"Oh just admit it, you want me!" He stands up too.
"Enough!" Mr Brook's yells. "I'm sick of you two always interrupting my class! Go to the principals office, right now!"
I march out of his classroom, with Lucas on my heels.
"You're a prick!" I tell him as soon as we're out of hearing range.
He grabs my left arm. "Aw, don't be like that, baby."
"Fuck off!" I scream at him, pissed that he got me sent out of class again.
"Come on! I'm trying to be nice here! Come and give me a hug!" He insists, a small smirk set on his face.
Sighing, I reluctantly agree. "Fine, come here." I pull him towards me.
He looks shocked, but quickly hides it behind a look of triumph.
As I hug him I'm intoxicated by his cologne. It's strong, yet very nice. But then I quickly re-focus on the plan.
It takes me three seconds to put my left hand in his right pocket and take out his wallet. After squeezing me he ends the hug. Slowly, I back away.
"What are you doing?" He asks, puzzled.
When I'm sure I'm far enough away, I hold up his wallet. I can't help but to smirk.
Once again a look of shock spreads across his face. But it soon turns into anger. I take this as my cue to start running.
I hear his footsteps following after me, and so I run faster. I become suspicious when I no longer hear his steps, but I ignore it. Soon enough, I'll be out of breath.
