“What was with you earlier?” I asked Ari as she waltzed down the hallway outside my bedroom later that night.

“I have noticed that you’ve been a bit happier every day since you met Justin. She leaned against my doorframe.

“Really?” I screwed up my face slightly, trying to remember anything and everything I had done recently and comparing it to what I had been doing before. I couldn’t come up with anything different.

“Plus I know about you and Kameron. And I think it’s good for you to get your mind off things.” Well, she had certainly put a lot of thought into this. Then something occurred to me.

“How on earth did you find out about what Kameron did?” I asked.

“You should check your text messages, and not leave your phone lying around in places of interest to your little sister.”

“Like?”

“Like the kitchen counter, or in my bedroom.” I rolled my eyes at her.

Arielle Rebecca Greyson was really something else.
