I really do find this hilarious. What to be exact? That I don't have a single Shikamaru one-shot here eve though I'm like completely in love with the guy. (LOL, maybe because I don't want to share him.) So here it is.

 Clouds.

 They're free.

 They can float wherever they want.

 They can do whatever they want.

 They aren't forced to do anything other than be pushed by the wind.

 [Name] sighed.

 Shikamaru lifted his head a little looked down at the girl whose head was on his chest.

 "Something wrong?"

 [Name] smiled a little as she felt the rumble of his voice through his chest. She had always loved it.

 "Yup."

 A flash of concern with through Shikamaru's eyes. He didn't like this.

 [Name] could easily tell, even though Shikamaru hid it well. She was the only person able to do this.

 "Why can't I be like a cloud?"

 Shikamaru nearly breathed a sigh of relief, but managed to hold it in. He had been really worried for a second there.

 [Name] let a tiny grin slip onto her lips as she felt him relax. The guy was very touché about her and overprotective. And she loved being able to tease him, like this when no one else couldn't.

 "I don't know...".

 "Well, I wanna be a cloud when I grow up."

 Shikamaru laid his head back down and grinned. "But you're already grown up."

 [Name] snickered. "I might have physically grown up...but mentally?"

 "Mmmm...Gotta agree with you there."

 [Name] pouted and light punched him. "Meanie. You're not supposed to say that."

 Shikamaru just shook his head and his eyes trailed back to the sky, as did [Name]'s. However, [Name] wasn't done playing around with Shikamaru. And she knew this one was going to make him blow up. It always did. And don't worry. It's true too. She never lies to Shikamaru. He's the only person that knows that's she's lying. Which was why she could practically get away with anything, before he came along.

 "Shikamaru?"

 "Yes?"

 "Kiba hit on me."

 OMFG. XD I love the ending. Just imagining it makes me laugh. ♥

 You know what I just remembered? I still haven't watched Road to Ninja yet. I heard its hilarious though. And like everybody's personality's are flipped. seriously. I heard that Shika-kun acts like Kiba too. XD I wanna see that! ♥ And then Lee wears like pink underwear and bra? X3 I need to watch it. I'll probably watch it this weekend. :) Maybe I should watch it with my friends. I mean they don't like anime, but they're gonna like the movie right? 0.0
