Katlynn's POV

"Katlynn, wake up. Time for food." Dallas, my little sister smiled and then ran out of my room, well what use to be my room. Now all that was left was a mattress and clothes and the needs for today since we are finally moving out of this house today. I smiled and got up and jumping in the shower real quick. I done all my deeds and then got out and slipped on my clothes. Black skinny jeans with a black tank top and a blue jean button up shirt and my black ankle boots.  I put on some black eyeliner  and just let my hair dry naturally since it was naturally mainly straight with small slight curls at the end.

Walking down stairs I saw Anthony and Dallas sitting on the floor eating some burger King, "Any for me?" I asked grabbing the bag. "Yea your favorite French toast sticks with an orange juice." Anthony swallowed his mouth fool and Dallas giggled. Anthony and I use to be the tightest sibling ever, until dad died. Now he would be mad a lot and I think he thinks it's my fault. I mean after all, dad was running to get my inhaler filler since I needed it and he forgot to get it earlier, that was the last time I saw him. We couldn't even tell him bye and see his face at his funeral, it was a closed casket.

His parents took it hard, they stopped talking to us completely, well they will only really talk to Anthony, we don't know why though. "After we eat, we need to load the mattresses up in my truck and what ever little bit is left and leave. Mom is already out at the new place with some help setting the house up. They have done some serious cleaning to get the house dust free for you." Anthony smiled. "Ok, and thanks for breakfast." I took a sip of my drink as he scoffed. "You act like I don't love you sis." Anthony spat getting up and heading to his old room.

I sighed finishing up my food and was throwing the trash out when a familiar voice yelled. "Katlynn! How are you?" Derek asked, he was one of Anthony's best friends. "Nothing much, getting ready to leave the city life." I smiled and he chuckled. "Yea I know, I'm here to help you move. Your brother doesn't want you moving much since well you know." Derek rubbed the back of his neck. Ever since I was young, Anthony and my father would be very protective of me and it was worse when I started getting sick all the time, plus finding out I had real bad asthma and a weak immune system, that's why I was sick a lot.

"Yea, come on in." I sighed. "Dery!!!" Dallas squealed and hugged  Derek's leg as he chuckled. "I take it Derek is here." Anthony chuckled giving his friend the bro-hug. "Hey why don't you two girls do something cause we will be getting our beds in the trucks." Anthony smiled. "Trucks? As in you are going to make Derek drive all the way down there when I can help you?" I asked and they both laughed. "Oh, did I forget to mention Derek was moving in with us? Mom said he could and his parents don't care." Anthony chuckled as Derek winked at me and they rushed upstairs, unbelievable.

Dallas and I were in her old room putting the little bit of toys she had left here in her bag and getting her pj's and stuff. We had already repacked my bag that was left. "Sissy, when will daddy come back? When he comes back how will he know where we are?" Dallas still didn't understand that dad was dead, never coming back. "I don't know Dallas, but he will know where we are, momma has already told him." I lied quickly, I couldn't tell her it hurt enough as it was. We all would miss dad, but Anthony has been with him for 17 and 1/2 while me 16 1/2 and Dallas was only 4 so she couldn't understand it, one day she will though.

"Ok are you girls ready? My truck is full so Dallas do you wanna ride with Dery?" Anthony loved messing with Derek about his nickname Dallas had given him. "Yey!!!! Dery can I please?" Dallas gave him some huge puppy dog eyes and he sighed nodding. She squealed and ran off. As we were closing the front door both Derek and Anthony froze and sniffed the air and looked at each other. "Help Dallas get in the car, we have to talk about something real quick." Anthony snap and I rolled my eyes and Picked Dallas up and placed her in the car seat that  they had already buckled into Derek's truck.

I went to see what was taking the boys so long but froze and listened to their words. "....break the bond with Hill Crest pack. In search  of a new start with a new pack may the Moon Goddess be with us." both spoke at the same time. It was weird, what were they in some cult that they called a pack? I am confused but act as though I herd nothing when they come up to me and get in their truck's. I sigh in confusion but jump into Anthony's truck and we started out long journey to the middle of no where. Good bye city and helloe an hour drive to the main civilization. From our old house to the new house, it was a very long 12 hour drive.
