Friends with benefits, in theory, is two friends that decide to take their relationships to the next level physically but not emotionally.  

Rules  

#1 Never, never fall in love with your fwb (friends with benefits)  

#2 No strings attached (so don't act like he or she owes you something)  

#3 Tell no one (it's better the way no one will get it)  

#4 Do not ever get jealous(because he or she are not yours)  

#5 Don't read into little things (no they're not being romantic it just seems that way, no it will not develop into something more)  

#6 Keep the other person informed of who you are messing with (so that there are no misunderstandings)  

#7 If the other person is in a relationship don't get involve (IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS)  

#8 While in public try not to acknowledge each other (body language gives away a lot so people may notice something)  

#9 Always use protection (well, that should be a rule of life)

How to pick a fwb:  

#1 Pick someone you've know for a while or that you know enough off  

#2 If you're a girl, pick someone older or that is mature enough (not everyone can handle it, boys get possessive, girls get attached)  

#3 Make sure the person can keep a secret (some people like to brag)  

#4 Pick someone you have chemistry with (cause if not, sex will be boring as a rock)  

#5 Pick someone who is not sleeping with the whole school (you don't want to get something)  

#6 Pick someone confident or arrogant (less chance they'll get attached)
