BLANK JACK is a novel about a doctor who has acid thrown in his face. As he struggles to rebuild himself, the attack opens a can of worms for detectives Antonius Niven and Kelly Youness. The evidence does not make sense and leads them to conclude that not all is as it seems with Jack and with the world itself.

Meanwhile a secret organization is trying to fix the case to further its aims and to protect Jack, but why does he need protection? What is he doing and where is he from?

At the same time, Jack’s housekeeper, Emilia Frankowska finds herself drawn into his pain and story as only she has seen the other victim of his attack, Laila. A girl hung from a tree in the woods, a girl no one can find. As she tries to unravel the mystery, she learns a childhood experience was not the nightmare she took it for, but something real and scary.
