Here it as after a long, long wait, which I apologize about, but I hope you can all understand that I've been under a lot of stress lately because of school. This semester I'm taking Bio Psych, Adult Development Psych, Advanced Screenwriting, Television 105, and English 102 which is sixteen units and a heavy homework load, so please understand that I won't be able to upload frequently, but thank you all so much for taking the time to read, comment, and vote for my stories. And thank you to all of you who have have fanned me, old and new. I'm sorry I haven't gotten around to thanking you all personally, but thank you for fanning me. It really means a lot, and now I'll let you all get to what you've been waiting for. Sorry again for the really late update. :) FYI it's not edited.

After a short half hour drive Kaleb turned into the parking lot of a rather large building that looked to be like some sort of club. The signs were definitely there, like the long line of people curving around the backside of the building, loud music resonating through the doors, and a bouncer standing guard right in front of the door. He was on the tall side and was well built to the point that I doubt anyone would have the balls to defy the guy. He was definitely a guy that you did not want to get on his bad side in any way, shape or form. I definitely wasn’t planning on it, not tonight or ever. Above his head was the big indicator as to where we were, Club Harem, the large red neon sign announced in big bold letters.
“Penny for your thoughts.” Kaleb whispered into my ear, gaining my full attention with his warm minty breath that sent shivers of pleasure down my neck. I subconsciously leaned into him, and he gladly took advantage and started a slow trail of kisses from the corner of my mouth to one of my biggest weaknesses, the soft spot on my neck. He knew me all to well now, and used it to his advantage, leaving me like putty in his hands.
“Just thinking about how big and hunky the bouncer is.” I lied, and he pulled away from me, looking me dead in the eye. “Do I smell jealousy in the air?” I teased, and he lightly flicked me on the nose. I flicked him back and tried to pull my hand back to my side, but he didn’t let me, and interlaced our fingers as if it was second nature to him. He looked at our entwined hands, and I followed his gaze, loving the sight of our hands and how close we had become in such a short time. I saw him raise his head, and lifted my own to meet his dark blue eyes that captivated me since the night I met him.
“Cianna, you know I care about you a lot, right?” He said seriously, and I just nodded, taken aback by the sudden change in his demeanor.
“Of course I do.”
“Well there’s something I’ve been wanting to tell you for the last couple days. Unfortunately the opportunity hasn’t presented itself until now, so…uhh…here it goes.” He looked at me nervously, and I couldn’t help but feel anxious. What could he possibly want to say that had him this nervous? I fought down the butterflies that were threatening to overcome my emotions, and put on a reassuring smile for Kaleb’s benefit, knowing that he needed it. Especially since he was hesitant to say whatever it was he wanted to tell me.
“Kaleb, it’s okay. You can tell me anything.” I said to him, and took his hand into mine, rubbing circles on the back of it to try to help him relax.
“Cianna, I…” He started but was interrupted by a loud knock on the driver side window that made us both jump in our seats. We laughed at ourselves, and were pulled away from each other’s gazes when another loud knock sounded on his window. We both turned to the driver side window to see Abel standing there, pointing at his watch. “Shit,” Kaleb muttered and turned back to me. He gave me an apologetic look, and lifted my hand to his lips and kissed it, making me blush. “By the looks of it we’re short on time. We’ll have to finish this conversation later.”
“Promise?”
“Pinky promise.” He said cheekily with a big smirk, and held out his pinky to me. I laughed at his childishness, and wrapped my pinky around his.
“I’ll hold you to this promise.”
“Of course.” He leaned towards me, and I closed the distance, pressing my lips to his. I intended to go in for a quick peck, but couldn’t help but want more the moment my lips came into contact with his. He bit my bottom lip, and slightly pulled on it, making my heart beat sporadically like a lovesick teenager. I continued kissing him as if there was no tomorrow, and started to run my fingers through his soft back hair when a loud gagging sound surrounded us from outside the car. We pulled away breathlessly, and looked out the windshield to see that we now had a crowd. Luckily for us it was only our friends, and not some strangers watching us make-out in the car. “Guess we should go now.” Kaleb said disappointedly with a tinge of red on his cheeks that made him that much more desirable than he already was. I smiled at the sight of him, and just nodded in agreement, not wanting to embarrass him any further.
