“Yeah, what is it”, Kat said. “My ‘rentals are sending me to boarding school”, I said. All of them spit out whatever they were drinking and yelled, “WHAT”. Everybody in the place looked at us. We looked at them and they went back to doing whatever that was.
“Where?” Kat asked. “IDK I didn’t ask”, I replied.
“That…,” Gina said, “Sucks.” Mia finished. People think it’s weird that they finish each other’s sentences. Kat and I are used to it, but we think it’s kind of cool. “That doesn’t suck,” I said. “What sucks is that I’m leaving tomorrow.”
“Are you serious,” they said together at the same time. I nodded slowly. “We should have a sleepover,” Mia suggested. “Yeah, that’s a great idea twin,” Gina said. Kat and I looked at each other and shrugged. “Sure, why not,” I said. “Meet me at my house at six.”
Everybody came around at 5:30ish. We pushed the couches to the side. Set the food in front of the TV. I grabbed my collection of movies from my room. You can say this is our typical sleepover. We have Chinese food, pizza, popcorn, candy, chips and drinks. “Let’s get this party started,” I said. “Yeah,” Kat said. “Totally,” the twins said.
The first movie we watched was Finding Nemo (which was Kat, Gina and Mia’s idea). Every time Dory sang we sang.
After watching Finding Nemo, we watched scary movies. Like 13 ghosts, dead silence, silent hill. We even watched classics like chucky. By the time we went to bed it was around 6:00ish.
