Yesterday my mother informed me we were moving. She didn't offer a reason, just laid it out there. She said it's for the best, but I'm not so sure. So now I have to leave my home, my friends, and those hopelessly flirtatious boys at Middleview High. I don't pay them any mind, but they just can't help themselves. I'm often too shy to even give a smile back.

"Oh, Sapphire---your body is so hot." "Sapphire, I love your red hair."  Those are some of the compliments I often get.
