Lost Get Found
Prologue:
The two girls took their place on the stage. One sat at the piano, head held high, so everyone could see that she wouldn’t break. The other held her flute so delicately; everyone could see the love she had. They looked at each other with tears filled in their eyes. They both knew what they had to do.
The crowd grew quiet and the girls nodded as if they could read each other’s mind. It was time to start. The one with the flute began to play. She started her story off softly so you could see how much she truly cares and could never hurt anyone. Her sound was filled with such love and strength, the kind that could only be formed from pain and sorrow. And with every note the sound grew louder, unafraid to show her weaknesses.
The sound began to drift off until it was barely speaking. The girl on the piano began to play. Her sound masked her pain so no one could see the truth. It was like she was playing with a shield around her heart. Slowly she began to break down and show her true self. She played every note with a different emotion making them form the beginning of her story.
Soon the two girls started to intertwine their stories and it was like a war was being fought. No note went with the next but somehow it had mesmerized the audience. It was only towards the end that the different sounds began to see eye to eye.
The song ended with lingering notes that showed that their story wasn’t finished yet, that it had only begun.
