Unforgiving Memories

She tries,

She hides,

The pain;

Deep down inside.

Chained in silence,

Her mouth remains closed.

Her heart throbbing,

Against painfully hard walls.

Tires screeching,

Shots Firing.

The pain;

Unforgiving.

Through Those Eyes,

A story unfolds.

A life in shambles.

Yet no one knows.
