OLI P.O.V 

As i fell, the first thing i thought about was oscar. My bodyguard. My best friend. So close to me he was like my family. I saw a fleeting glance of his terrified face as i slipped over the edge. Reaching out, the moment came near. My breath was stolen from me as i veered backwards, Slipping, Screaming, Falling. It felt like an eternity as I relt the rush of the wind on my face. I gave in, collapsing into the darkness, sucmbing to the pain, the loss i felt, not just my own, but that of my best friend. He would miss me, it happened even when i went on short trips, he called to make sure i was okay. we were like family, and i had destroyed it, with an act of stupidity. "sorry" i murmerd to the wind, knowing it would never reach him. The last of my energy gone, I fell again, this time into the pit of uncontiousness in my mind.

DAI P.O.V 

She was close. Almost there. Her frail body zooming towards the earth. I urged her body to move faster. She thought it was her fault.She felt sorry for her best freind. All these thoughts passed through her mind as she closed in the space between her and the ground. So feeble, yet destined to be so powerful. Although she did not know it, She was part of a prophecy. One that would determine whether our race won or lost. Lived or died. so close now, her pale lavender eyelids closed, her destiny awaited. so much power to be put on her shoulders, The strain would get to her, like it had Thomas and me. So close, Seconds untill the puzzle was completed, the final piece to be clicked into place. Her destiny. The boy, oscar, was staring over the edge as it happened. Yes! the war was in full swing. would we live now, or die. this girl was the key. Oscars thoughts screamed at me, even though he didnt know who i was, why i was there, he couldnt even see me. dont let her be dead, he whispered,then in his mind ran through all the memories. i couldnt stand it. the love beetween them was like a family bond, i couldnt break it. i would send him up soon. i couldnt leave him down here, wallowing in his misery. He would be next. My attention was divertered as her spirit lifted out of her body. confused, upset and scared. i swooped down and transformed. my dove figure changed as the air swooped around my body. I was fully ghost now. "Follow me" i commanded, and she complied. She asked no questions the whole journey. Her thoughts were clear. She wanted to go back, and i would do all i could to stop her.

OLI P.O.V 

When i hit the ground i felt myself rise up. I was standing, only i should be lying on the floor. i felt great. only then i relised the lifeless body at my feet. It was me. Only, i was here, but i was there. I was confused. Then the thought struck me. I must be dead. I wasnt as scared now, at first i thought i had been cloned. Then i remembered oscar. looking up, i saw his face twisted in agony, a tear washed down my face, his pain was my pain, I could have sworn we were seperated at birth, i could feel his every emotion, and a silent tear washed down my face. At least i could cry. I wanted to go back, terror seizing me as i realized i might not be able to. As a steady flowing stream ran down my face, a voice spoke to me. "come" he said, his voice was stern, commanding, I felt i had no choice but to follow. I walked silently, Greif Overwhelmed me as I moved in time with the figure in front of me. It was as if oscar had died instead of me. I was leaving him, and a small part of myself buried itself inside of me, hoping if it was covered the marks would not show. but i had dug the grave, so i felt the pain of knowing that i tried to hide it, and that oscar would never had buried his sorrow for me. More guilt overwhelmed me, and i was so deeply into my thoughts i bumped into the person in front of me, and looked around in surprise. how had we got here? it was a forest, the leaves of all the trees a golden colour, excluding one solitary tree." Its time for you first test" the man said, And i gazed around in wonder. I didnt know what i was supposed to do, the whole place was covered in trees.
