Well guys, that’s it. After five months of constant promoting, rewriting of chapters, and an almost unhealthy obsession, it’s finished. Over. Done. The first ever novel--because yes, it does meet the 80,000 min word count to qualify as one--I have written and completed, which is sure to always have a big place in my heart.

I can’t thank you all enough. As many of you know, I began writing this just as I came out of a five week hospital stay. I have medical conditions; I’m on crutches in the house, and a wheelchair out of it. I returned to school in early November, in a wheelchair. It was hell, and still is really. But writing has always helped, and coming home to this support is amazing.

I remember the days when I was on cloud nine at 1,000 reads. We’re now just inches away from 23,000, and I couldn’t be happier. Over 2,000 votes in total, and even more comments; the first chapter alone has over 1,000, and almost 500 votes.

I’m incredibly proud of this, and loved every second of writing it. In fact, I’m almost sad it’s over.

I’d like to say a special thanks to the following people:

Zanydog666 - My Mum. She’s been reading my work from day one, pointing out little mistakes as we went along, so I was able to fix them. She’s always so supportive, and I love that unlike most, I am not ashamed to have my family members read it. She now writes on here herself, and I love her continued support.

Jessiytots - My twin, fellow Tidy obssesor and one of my closest friends. I would have died without her in the past year that we’ve known one another. She’s always the first to comment on my work, encouraging me along the way. And when I’ve been close to giving up, she’s pushed me that little bit further. Her work is amazing too, and writing is a joint interest--or perhaps obsession--of ours. I’d literally die without my twin! xD I love you. <3

DarkHeartz - Hannah, one of my closest friends that I met in ‘real life’. She’s been nagging for updates (in a nice way) and giving her thoughts the whole way along, as well as being there for me. She just started a new story, and it’s awesome. :3

CassidyJohnston - My Irish Potato. <3 Another of my closest friends, but not from ‘real life’ if you like. Similar to Jessiytots, I wouldn’t have survived the past year without her. And, her constant ‘NOOOOO, YOU MUST UPDATE HE!!!!’ messages always help with writers block. ;3 Love you.

To all you loyal readers out there. For all of you who have followed this through, thank you. I am going to mention a few below who have done such a thing; if I have missed you, apologies!

And any others who I have missed, or whom are silent readers! A huge thank you to anyone who has ever even read this, let alone voted/commented/fanned.

As a big thank you, I am fanning the four loyal readers mentioned above. Your support means the world.

Now, onto future books. Yes, there will be a sequel! But, not straight away. I am starting another book, called Shattered, a Teen Fiction Thriller. It will be for the Watty Awards 2012, and the sneak preview of the summary is here!

“People say I'm lucky, that it's a miracle I'm even alive. I should be grateful, for the pure gift of life. But they don't know the half of it; I might be alive, but this sure isn't living."

Seventeen year old Phoebe Winters lives a life, that nobody deserves to live. She has a good enough start; wealthy parents, popularity at school and the like. That is, until a tragic car accident causes the death of her Father, leaving Phoebe paralysed from the waist down. The once popular, happy go lucky girl is gone, and in her place is a girl who's so broken, she seems beyond repair.

Bullied at school, ignored at home, and treated with disgust by most, Phoebe is the mere shell of a girl. Living behind a mask becomes part of her daily routine and as things deteoriate, she is close to ending it all.

But that all changes, when she meets Blake Mitchell. Tall, dark, handsome, and most important of all, he sees the girl for what she is. As a series of events turn Phoebe's life even more upside down than before, it seems he is the only one she can trust. But just as their relationship turns into something more serious, a shocking revelation threatens to ruin everything. It seems there is more to Blake than meets the eye, something more dangerous than she ever could have imagined.

As dark forces threaten to take away the only part of her life left unbroken, Phoebe has to make a decision; is Blake a changed man, or are the shadows of his past buried too deep to ever truly leave?

It would mean everything if you checked it out, when I post the prologue later today! (:

Once again, thank you SO much! And a huge thanks to anyone who reads this book in the future. It means more than anything that I can describe, so please keep supporting. For the last time,

-CrazyKindaGurl.
