Lahat ay masayang masaya sa paghahanda, ikakasal kasi ulit sina Mavee at Craig, but this time, it would be a grand church wedding. Craig’s Mom and brothers will be coming soon, dapat kasi uuwi agadd ang Mommy nito but something came up.
Craig and Mavee were about to sleep when Mavee requested for something, she was planning this for so long and just waiting for the right time. She wanted to settle things before the church wedding.
“Craig?”
“Hmmm.” He was cuddling her in his arms, how she loves this woman beside him.
“Can we see Calixto before the church wedding?”
Bigla siyang napadilat. He stiffened. Agad na naramdaman iyon ni Mavee. “Please, Craig, I wanted to start a family without the hatred in my heart. In the first place, he was actually one of the reasons why we came back, one of the reasons why we are together right now.”
Ayaw man ni Craig pero hindi niya kayang tanggihan ang asawa. He loves Mavee so much that he will do anything to make her happy, and if meeting Calixto will give her happiness and peace of mind, then he will do it.

Mavee was able to convince Craig’s Mom to even go with them, including Craig’s brothers.
“You are really someone, Honey. You were able to let us say yes.” Bulong sa kanya ng asawa.
“That’s why I’m your wife now, my love.” Sabay kurot rito.
Sinamahan sila ni Attorney Buxani sa kuwarto ni Calixto. “Ayaw kasi niyang magpa confine sa hospital. Ma’am.” Sagot nito sa tanong ng Mama ni Craig kung bakit nasa bahay ito gayong may malubhang sakit. “Ang bilin rin po niya sa aming lahat, walang sino man sa inyo na pamilya niya ang makakaalam sa kalagayan niya ngayon.”
Binuksan nito ang silid ni Calixto.
Nakaupo ito malapit sa bintana. Nakatingin sa kawalan, payat na payat. “Ayaw ko ng bisita. Gustong magpahinga.” Narinig nilang sabi nito.
