It turns out that Olivia has a complicated relationship with Francesco. It’s an on-again, off-again type love story between them. How very boring.
Helena really loved how the men treated her with respect and acceptance. Even the buff guy that she pointed a gun to had a smile for her. She’s already been accepted by the main men in the family. Now if only she could get to Francesco to trust her and actually acknowledge her. She needs to think of a plan and fast. She won’t speed a long time here when her freedom is waiting for her.
She narrows her eyes in observation as she walks around the house. She was able to get the complete blue print of the mini mansion, but there’s a problem with it. She knows there are secret spots here and there and she will find them. For now she can’t begin her search since she’s heavily guarded by everyone. That’s why she walks around the house with a curious smile than one who’s trying to learn everything about the structure.
A hand lands on her shoulder and she reacts as instinct. She grabs the hand and pulls roughly so the body stands in front of her as she twist the arm in a painful angle. With her hand locked on the wrist, she digs her heel on the lower back with a high kick. The man falls face first on the floor without having a chance to safe his fall.
“Ow,” The man stands up and cradles his, now, fragile arm. “Note to self: Don’t sneak up on the Angel.”
“Angel?” she asked the man who saw her naked. What was his name?
“Yeah, Angel. You look like an Angel. Hence why everyone always says that looks are deceiving because you fit the role of an assassin.” He laughs.
She narrows her eyes. “An assassin is such a strong word.” She toys with him to see if he knows anything.
“A strong word that fits you.” He smiles sincerely at her then his eyes turn to hunger as he analyzes her body. He really couldn’t have been more obvious. She finds his desire a little entertaining, but not anything she hasn’t seen before.
“I imagine that you have your eyes roaming over my body because you’ve already seen me naked. And you’re trying to recall your memories.” She smiles innocently while he chokes on his own cough.
“Uh, what…?” He pretends to play stupid with her.
“It’s fine. I don’t mind at all. Now, what’s your name? I don’t think I remember.”
“I’m Aldo. I should get going. I just thought you may have been looking for someone.”
“No, I wasn’t. Thanks for the concern though.”
“It was nothing. Now I have to-”
“Aldo! Are you meeting us at Gems later on tonight?”
Roberto, the buff guy she beat yesterday said to Aldo. She just stood there watching the exchange between them.
“Yeah. I’ll meet you all there after I go run an errand for Bullet.” He responded.
Helena grins evilly. “Isn’t Gems a strip club?”
Roberto just notices her standing right in front of Aldo and he smirks. “How do you know? Worked there before?”
“Actually, yes. I worked full time on my running’s’ with trouble to make good money. My stage name was Stick.”
“Stick?” Aldo asked.
“Yeah, I can make anything stick up.” She winked.
Roberto chuckled. “You’re not serious.”
She sighed. “Took you too long.” She squints at his neck. “Damn, that’s one big bruise. Who did that?”
He narrows his eyes at her. “You do remember kicking me while we were fighting, right?”
She steps closer to him and runs her finger on the bruise on his neck gently. His shudders under her touch. Perfect. That’s exactly what she needs. “Poor, baby. I should kiss it and make it better.” She leans up is about to press her lips to the bruise when someone clears their throat rather loudly.
Way to kill the mood. She steps away from Roberto and winks at him teasingly as he forgets to breathe. She turns around to the mood killer and comes face to face with the devil himself.
“What is going on here?” Francesco demands of them.
She fights herself so she wouldn’t roll her eyes. “I was about to kiss Robbie’s bo-bo.” She pouts playfully.
“I need to go do what you told me to do.” Aldo announces. “Busted.” He sings as he walks away. Only she heard him though.
Roberto is a loss for words and she grins at him. “What? Cat got your tongue? Don’t think anything about it big guy. I’m not that interested. Thanks for inviting me to Gems though.” She smiles politely.
