The Wattpad Celebrities

I got the chance to do an interview with greenwriter, the author of a book you would probably know, The Bachelor. She also wrote The Transient Wife, Loving Seasons, Scribbler, The Plan, The Prince and The Duke and its second book, The Prince and The Duke Goes To Harvard.

Hi greenwriter! Thanks for allowing us to do this. Let's start of with... how did you find Wattpad?

I found Wattpad when I was still at Booksie. People there were talking about it and I got curious.

Oh! I heard one of my favourite authors, AubreyEatsHearts, came from Booksie too. I didn't realise quite a lot of Wattpader are ex-Booksie users. Haha! So, where did you get your username 'greenwriter' from?

I love green and I'm a writer so I just combined both and came up with greenwriter.

That's a lot simpler than I thought! Haha! So, what are some Wattpad books that you enjoyed?

I enjoyed White Lies and Awake very much.

I realised that you incorporate romance in every book you write, why is this?

Though in reality I am not much of a romantic, but I still have all those love hormones when it comes to fictional works. And I believe that having romance in any stories, tragic or not, adds spice to the story.

Well, I'd have to agree since I'm a big romance junkie! What is your favourite book genre to write?

I like writing SUSPENSE and FANTASY the most but I think I'm more known with my romantic stories.

When did you start writing?

I think since I was eleven.

Would you pursue your writing career?

I really hope I can. One of my biggest dreams. But then again, we'll never know.

How does it feel like to have thousands of supporters from all over the world?

Overwhelming. I didn't expect it when I got here! :))

I gathered that you're also a painter. Is this a hobby or something that you would like to make a living out of in the future?

Yes, I'm known to most of my friends and family members to be a painter. I think I'll have it as a hobby but if an opportunity comes, selling some of my works will be great! :D

If you could be any character out of any book, who would you choose and why?

If I would be any character in any book, I think I'll be Athena of Paulo Coelho's Witch of Portobello.

As a writer, what is the best feedback that you have ever received from a reader?

The best feedback that I've received so far is when I was told that I touched hearts. I also want to celebrate every time a reader tells me she cried with my story which means that I was able to somehow get to them.

Well that must mean a lot, of course. The best books are the one that can get emotions out of a reader. So, if you're not on Wattpad, what do you usually do?

I work for my online work which is SEO article writing. If I'm not working or on Wattpad, I paint.

If you could be the opposite gender for a day, what would you do?

I'd kiss a girl. LOL. I wanna feel how men feel when they kiss women. LOL

Probably the same. Haha! What if you only had 24 hours to live?

I'd gather all my friends and family and go to the mountains and at the end of the day, I'll go out and see the sunset.

Deep! Haha! Do you have any specific pet peeves in terms of writing?

Writer's block.

Must be everyone else's too! Haha! If you could give one advice to a new writer, what would it be?

I always say this every time I'm asked this question: Never lose your passion and never let anyone tell you how the story shall go unless you feel the same way.
