During all of this, all I can think is… EHH?!?

I quickly swim away and force myself up above the water. Once Key is in clear sight, I attack him full on!

“YOU!” I scream, intensely pointing at him.

Meanwhile all this happened, the others have seem to join in as well. I mean, I saw how Kalyn and Jonghyun teamed up against Minho and pushed him in. Onew tried to run away before those two picked him as their next target, but he fell in…again. Oh the Onew Condition… And for Taemin…he sort of disappeared… Hmm…

Anyways, back to me. I hastily go up to Key and start strangling him with my hands. “BAKA! BAKA!” I repeat over and over.

Kalyn shoves me off him… Wait, when did she get in the pool? O_O

“Stephanie! Chill out!” she snaps.

“He kissed me!!” I shout back.

“What?!” Key shockingly yells.

Kalyn just gives me that crazy stare like I was making the whole thing up. By now, everyone except Taemin comes over to us in the pool like a fight at school. Who knows? This might just turn into one of those.

I hold my ground, angrily glaring at Key. “You kissed me when you dunked me!”

“It’s not my fault! Maddie tried to dunk me while I was dunking you and…”

“You still kissed me!” I shout.

“It wasn’t intentional!”

Onew swims over to my side and places his hand on my shoulders. “Steph, calm down,” he says softly, “Here, come with me.”

He gently pushes me to make me start walking towards the pool steps. At first, I just wanted to keep arguing, but I don’t know, Onew has this certain control over me. I hear Kalyn trying to end Key and mine’s show by starting a little splash fight with everyone. Onew takes me over and sits me down on the pool stairs. He sits down close to me and just lets out a sigh.

“Well, that was crazy,” he says. More like I was crazy… Ugh.

He leans closer to me where he nudges his shoulder on mine. “Hey, don’t worry about it,” he tells me with a small smile.

Argh, how can I not? I just stay silent as I watch everyone else play together. Key splashes Maddie right in the face. Oh boy, he’s in trouble. Maddie shouts for Jonghyun and the both of them gang up on him. Heh! Serves him right. Kalyn and Minho are just chilling together on the pool wall, chatting up a storm. That is, till Jonghyun and Maddie give up on the defeated Key and evilly stalk over to Minho and Kalyn.

Oh gosh, putting Jonghyun and Maddie together is just plain danger. I look away before it gets ugly.

I notice Onew has a sweet smile on his face as he happily stares off into the distance. Finally giving up on staying mad, I smile towards Onew. “What are you so happy about?”

It would be so romantic if he said, ‘That I get you all to myself.’, but that surely doesn’t happen.

“We get to eat chicken,” he says, almost drooling at the thought.

I giggle at how cute he is. “You’re silly…”

“Don’t you like chicken?” he asks.

“Of course I do.”

“Then let’s go get some!” he suddenly cheers, springing up to his feet. He snags my wrist and drags me up off my butt.

He tries to run, but I immediately snap at him, “Don’t run next to the pool!”

He stops and slides his hand down so his fingers can intertwine with mine. “Sorry.”

Gently, he drags me behind him with a nice paced walk. I refuse to say anymore, in fear my voice will shake. My heart is already shaking up a conga beat. God, I’m getting nervous over nothing.

As we’re walking along the pool side, I notice Taemin’s finally back. He’s kneeling near the pool, calling out to Maddie.

“Maddie! Maddie!”

Maddie swiftly turns around in the water with an intense shout. “WHAT?!”

Taemin just pulls up a water balloon from out of nowhere. “I have a water balloon,” he says in his aegyo voice. (Aegyo means cute)

Ka-pow!­

Maddie gets a nosebleed.

“Blood in the pool! Blood in the pool!” Jonghyun annoyingly shouts.

Before I can watch the rest, Onew tugs on our intertwined hands. “Come on,” he cheerfully says, completely oblivious to Maddie's nosebleed.

He pulls me up the deck stairs, making me nearly trip. But I don’t, unlike how Kalyn fell down them on Prom day. Hehe!
