My Poems

So I have decided to make a collection of poems I have made recently. They are all based on my life! Most of them will not rhyme because I'm more into lyric poems. Poems have never been my strong point so they might suck! Lol hope you enjoy.

Sneaking around has come to a end.

Our parents know, there's no where to go,

to see each other again.

They say we can talk. They say we can write.

But waiting for years to have you in my sight.

It's like someone gave me candy and refused to give me more.

I can't live without you, your my drug.

You take the pain I feel and throw it out the window.

You say we should see other people until our parents say it's time.

But how can I live without you?

When you hold my heart inside steel chains.

My heart is breaking without you.

But I know I have to set you free.

To see if you truly love me.
