You are my cherry and I am your pancake! (Poem)

(12/10/13) This is dedicated to a wonderful girl who is a very close friend of mine and is cherry to my eyes. I wrote this poem for her while we were chatting late at night. Please don't forget to vote and comment! :)

You my dear say that you don’t look like cherry,

But I feel like I have decided already,

That you are my cherry and I am your pancake,

I know you are trying not to laugh hard,

But you don’t know that’s what I want,

Just to make you smile I will always be your pancake,

Till you don’t give me a sour taste and burn ache,

I want you to be my cherry forever,

To give my rough self a delicious flavour,

So that I could be a blessing to someone who is hungry,

Let him savour the taste of sweetness you gave me,

So don’t ever think that you are not special,

Because you are the only true friend I can think of ever,

Though I have not tried and tested you that much,

But deep inside I know you won’t let me get hurt,

You have been by my side whenever I called you,

So how can I ask for more my sweet angel,

I just wish that this poem proves you the point,

That I truly cherish you in my life,

I hope now you understand why I say that,

You are my cherry and I am your pancake!
