The Joker and The Damsels that Cause Distress!

i walked out of the bathroom & pursued over to the booth in the dark corner all i could see was a slight shadow of his eyes & that he had a little long wavy greasy hair but i couldnt tell what corlor in that darkness of that corner so i went and sat across from him, So what do you want to eat my dear? i asked he tilted his head like he was a little confused by my question & i heard i slight chuckle from behind his colar, witch made me giggle, chehehe um you have a nice laugh, i told him. Im not sure what i want either should we just get drink first while we decide? i ask & preseaded to say.. ive always been horrible at making choices so i might take a couple mins anyways, what would you like to drink? The tilted his head again, & i thought he was ganna answer me but the waitress came by, she had a thick southern acsent freackles & think bushy brown hair & was chewing her gum with her mouth open extream load while in-between saying, Hi im Sandy, So what can i get for you to love bird. I laughed, looked at him & i could see his body silently shaking in laughter to, i decided it didnt matter to explain we wernt a couple since i doubted i would ever see her again. Um ill just have a beer for now im not sure what i want to eat i said then looked over at him & he pointed to a grilled cheese on the meun. would you like frys wiith that? sandy asked & he nodded yes in agreament, ah ok & what would you like to drink? she asked, he didnt say anything, so i asked if he'd just want some water? & he nodded in agreament. & the waitress said ok ill go get your beer & water & be right back. before she walked away i asked if i could smoke in here & she said it was fine then she walked away & i swear i heard her make a remark at how odd we were. I looked backed at him & smiled then pulled a pack of black european cigarettes from my bag. Do you mind if i smoke? i asked him & he ndded no, would you liked one? i asked & he nodded yes so i handed him one i noticed he had these really awsome purple lether gloves. Nice glove, almost look vintage. i said & smiled but he didnt reply i smiled and looked at the meun & found what i wanted. then looked back up at him. You dont talk much do you? i said more of a statment then a question. Whats your name? he took a drag of his cigarette & put it in his other hand then he took his free hand & made an "L" with his finger but turned his hand around so it was more of a "J". J.......? i awkwardly asked he nodded in agreament & then started shaken his hands like i was wrong. not J i asked? john...? jake? jack? he looked up fast when i said jack then he put his finger out infront of me for me to wait then he reached into his coat pocket pulling out a card & handing it to me. Joker? i asked he nodded & i started laughing, awsome name! i stated. really, thats cool, you can call me Tessy. So ok i know this is a horribly rude question but if i ask promise not to kill me for being a idiot? He looked at me tilting his head again then i could see threw the only place in the middle of his face that was covered or in a shadow, i saw his cheeks rise in a huge grin, i laughed ah nevermind sorry, he started shaking his head & i heard a quick dark ruff voice say "i promise."

Well never mind you kinda just answer me....haha.......i..was...i...i started having a laughing fit & was un-able to stop for a few mins, he tilted his head again. I finally stoped enough to talk & said, Im sorry i was ganna ask if you were a mute... but i guess your talking kinda defeated the purpose...sorry...i sometimes get these like laugh attacks nervous habit i guess my bad sorry. Just then the waitress came back giving us our drinks, Whats so funny?
