Finally Over

Chapter 2 for you guys!!

I woke up feeling oddly comfortable. Fluttering my eyes open, I tilt my head from side to side to see if the surroundings are familiar. White covered walls and a strange beeping noise is the last thing I recall before I feel myself drift off to a surprisingly peaceful sleep.

Sounds of whispering awakens me. Not wanting whoever are talking to know I am awake yet I slow down my breathing and try to make out what they are saying.

"Was in a terrible condition."

"Lucky she even survived."

"She got here just in time."

Got where? Where am I! I tried to listen into more of the conversation but it seems they were no longer talking. Deciding now would be a great time to 'wake up', I let out a fake moan and open my eyes slowly to find I am in... a hospital?

What an earth is going on! Since when has anyone cared enough to actually notice my wounds, let alone take me to a hospital? What had happened anyways? I don't remember a thing.

When I look around the room more I see two male doctors looking down on me with huge sympathy and sadness in their eyes.

"Ah, you're finally awake." One of them says with the softest tone.

"You are awfully lucky young lady. Why if the kind gentleman that brought you in, left you, you would have probably lost your life." The other doctor says in a rough tone.

Flinching back from his tone, I open my mouth to try and ask who it was that saved me but no words come out of my mouth. It feels as if I had eaten glass, my throat that sore and dry. I try to lift up my left arm to point to my throat to show I need some water but as I do a terrible pain ripples through me. I hiss out and drop my arm. Trying again with my right arm I manage to successfully catch the doctors attention and they quickly set off to grab a drink for me, not before closing the heavy door shut with a loud clunk.

I hear the sweak of the door, thinking it is the doctors back with a drink for me I tilt my head up to face the sound.

Huge mistake

"Well, well, well. Look what i've got here. Surprised to see me?"

Oh sh*t! It's Him!
