It was nearly dark you finally noticed. You didn’t know where you were at that moment and you didn’t know where the hotel was either.

“Oh great!” You mumbled unhappily. “I may end up having to sleep outside again.” You said pulling at your clothes to try and cover yourself up a bit more to get warmer. “What a pain.” You threw a glance down the next intersection in hopes of finding the hotel easily. You searched for the next 10 minutes and the sun went down so it was completely dark. “Oh this is just perfect.” You said angrily stopping under one of the street lights. You leaned against the fencing and closed your eyes. You stood there like that for a few minutes and then reopened your eyes. “Oh no.” You said flatly. “Once again I’m going to have to listen to Smiley Sarcasm tell me how I screwed up.” You struck a pose that Shiyuri would do and spoke in a slightly modified pitch. “Got yourself lost again huh? How am I supposed to keep track of you if you are always running off around places we don’t know and getting yourself lost? You’re such an idiot sometimes you know that? HAHAHA.” You sighed, finishing your impression and leaned your head against the fence.

“Nice impression.” A male voice said and you glanced to your right to see a boy with spikey black hair put up in a ponytail. He looked very bored and tired.

“Thanks.” You said not overly concerned by his sudden appearance.

“You aren’t from around her are you?” He asked leaning against the fencing beside you with his hands in his pockets.

“No. I just came here for the Chunin Exams.” You said feeling surprisingly comfortable. You liked him. He seemed pretty easy going as far as you could tell.

“Yeah, such a hassle.” He said plainly shrugging his shoulders. “Where are you supposed to be?” He asked and you glanced up and down the streets.

“Around the village somewhere. I don’t know where my hotel is.” You answered and pushed off the fencing stretching your arms up in the air. Your shoulders cracked and you rolled them in a circle to get used to the new feeling. “Well, I guess I’d better keep looking. My sister will be getting worried soon.” You said and put your hands behind your head. You started walking down the road leaving the boy behind you. After walking for a few minutes, you heard footsteps behind you.

“Hey.” The boy’s voice said. You stopped and turned half way around to look at him. “I’m sure I can figure out where you’re supposed to stay before you do. Mind if I join you?” He asked and you smiled at him.

“Feel free.” You welcomed.

“I’m Shikamaru Nara.” He said.

“Adira Cagura.” You answered and you both continued down the dark streets.

Adira walked out of the ramen shop and nodded at Sasuke before heading down the road. Everyone continued to talk to each other in the little group for a little while longer before Sakura stood up.

“Well, I’d better be going home.” She said and waved at the group. You all waved back at her and she ducked out from the shop smiling at Sasuke on her way by.

“Yeah, I’d better get going too.” Naruto said scratching the back of his head. “My bed is just calling out my name.” He joked and took your hand. “Until we meet again.” He said kissing the top of it. You felt Kakashi tense up a bit since you were still sitting in his lap when he did it. “Don’t tell your sister I did that.” He added and then left the shop with a take-out order of ramen. Sasuke pushed off the wall he was leaning against and put his hands in his pockets.
