I want to punch you,

Really fucking hard.

(In the arm, of course.

I couldn’t imagine hurting

A face like yours.)

I want to scream at you

The feelings I’ve been

Keeping inside for so long.

(Tucked away,

Behind boxes of photographs,

Snapshots from our childhood.)

I want to tell you where

This mess started.

(With me, and you,

A simple friendship

Where the pathetic one starts

To see the strong one form more

Than what has ever been

Offered up, or even considered.)

I want to kiss you

Hard on the mouth.

(The kind that bruise,

And linger.

The kind that you feel

As deep as your bones.)

I want you to

Think on things.

(Please, I’m willing

To not be with you,

As long as I can still have you.)

I want to apologize

For fucking a good thing up.

(I just don’t know

How much longer I can watch you,

Content without me,

Not knowing about me.)

I want to say,

“Sorry about all of this,

I never really meant for this to happen.”

( I would think,

“Please, please, please,

Love me back.

I want something,

I finally feel something,

Let one good thing come true.)

I want you to stay,

Forever and always.

(You’re my best friend,

And I need you to breathe.)

So, this is going to be a book of poetry, all written by myself. If you've read my previous work of Someone Like You, a Zayn Malik fan fiction, I really hope you'll consider reading this. This will be having some of my most personal thoughts, feeling and experiences. I hope you enjoy what I write, and support me.

Much love. xx
