People say that crying is a way to release all anguish and depression, but what if you can’t?!

Even though you want to flood the earth with your tears, but you can’t!

You have to be strong for the one’s you love.

You can’t shed a tear for they’ll crumble down.

You can’t release your grief on them for IT is contagious!

You can’t run away from what is that you fear.  

So you keep it inside.

And it’s killing you.

You can’t express how you feel....

for the fear of taking away the happiness of others,

for the fear of taking away their only hope,

for the fear of contaminating them with sadness and grief.

You can’t take it anymore!

But you’re still enduring.

“Don’t Cry.”

You repeat to yourself.

“Don’t Hate.”

Even though life is cruel.

“Don’t Breake.”

Or they’ll fall.

“Don’t Scream.”

For the earth is death.

“Oh, God please take me away!”

You cry in agony.
