Storms POV

"Storm! Wake up!" My mum whispered loudly into my ear as she shook me awake. "Hmm, what?" I mumbled,wiping the sleep out of my eyes. "MERRY CHRISTMAS!" My mum yelled at me. "Holy cow!" I covered my ears with my hands and tried to get the sound to stop reverberating in my head. "Merry Christmas to you too." I muttered. Mum rolled her eyes. "Come on! Let's go open your presents!" She grabbed my arm and tugged me out of bed. Jeez, she's worse than a little kid... We stepped out into the loungeroom and sat on the couches. Mum was sitting, not even being subtly excited. "Okay, you can open yours first!" I said like the adult in the family. Mum excitedly jumped up and sorted through the presents, handing me mine and opening hers as she went. "YAY!" She squealed excitedly as she opened one. It was the body shop bundle I had bought her. "Thanks Storm!" She jumped up and huged me. "No problem Mum!" I smiled. Mum got a lot of stuff, like chocolates, wine, body shop stuff, a scarf and random stuff like that. A lot of it was from work mates or close friends. I only got her the body shop bundle and a stocking full of chocolates. Man, she was really responsible and normal all the time, except Cristmas, then she was like a kid in a chocolate store. "Okay, open yours!" Mum sat on the couch, slightly less hypo. "All right, here I go." I tore into the first present and pulled out the contents. A big black skull bow, and a red one. Two small black sull bows and a black ad white scarf. "Thanks Mum!" I said and hugged her. "Yeah, yeah. Get ON with it." Mum shoved me back to my pile of present. A lot of the gifts were unlabeled, from friends or family, Mum only labeled the ones from her. After I finished opening my presents, which I payed no attention to at all (I'll look at them later), Mum walked into the kitchen and started making chocolate pancakes.

I sorted through my presents and actually looked at what I got. I got a new iPhone, a mini hair straightener, two new wallets, a box of make-up, a glow-stick sword and wand (courtesy of Raven I assume), bubbles (my eccentric Aunty?), a new watch, a pair of Ray Bans, headphones, heaps of Smiggle stuff (i.e. rubbers, bendy rubbers, bendy pencil, pen etc.), a pocket mirror and new clothes. I looked through the last pile and smiled widely. A little box of alchoholic choclates! Sweet! And a voucher for a free hair cut, colouring and $50 to spend at La Rells, hell yeah! The Phantom Of The Opera movie soundtrack, and the newest Nightwish CD, Imaginerium. OMG, an Andy Biersack bracelet and a BVB necklace + pick, and a BVB shoulder bag! I mean, sure there my friends and all, but I'm still a huge fan, and stuff like this always makes me happy. The necklace and bracelet wasn't part of their official merchandise, which made it special to me. Mum walked carefully back in to the loungeroom with a tray in her hand. She put it down on the coffee table in front of me. It had chocolate pancakes, hot chocolate and a little oreo on it. "Thanks Mum!" I kissed her cheek and she smiled, then went back into the kitchen to get her own. I started chewing on my pancakes, and enjoying the warm, thick, chocolatey taste. "Hahaha!" Mum laughed. "What?" I asked her once I finished my mouthfull. "You looked completely in bliss!" She giggled some more. "Shut up! That means you're an amazing cook!" I smiled at her and she nodded. "True!" I laughed. She is a strange one. I shook my head and finished my pancake. My new iPhone layed sideways beside me, so I picked it up and checked it out. It had been activted and had $120.50 credit on it. Ialso had all of my songs from my iPod on it, and a few funny ringtones.

By the time I had finished playing with my new "toys", and had finished my breakfast, it was 10:00. My old phone upstairs in my room rang, so I raced to grab it. "MERRY CHRISTMAS!" Raven screamed through the phone. "JEEZ! I swear I could hear you from down the road! Merry Christmas to you too, what did you get?" I asked her, switching ears thanks to her insanely loud yelling. "New iPod, Hello Kitty cover and a heap of Hello Kitty stuff, some new clothes, new set of head phones, and the Ferero Rocher you gave me. Thanks!" Raven said around chewing something. "I'm gonna take a guess and say that you're eating one now?" I said. Raven grunted an okay, then swallowed. Gross. "And I'm also going to say that the glow-sticks were from you?" I asked her. "Yup! Do you like them?" She asked innocently. I walked downstairs and picked them up. "Yes, I do. There cute!" I said happily. Raven giggled. "Knew you'd like them." I laughed. I told Raven what I got, and my phone beeped me to say I was nearly out of credit. I quickly gave Raven my new number and hung up on her. My new phone buzzed, and I opened the text. '"unlock the front door :(" Sender Unknown'. I laughed. I saved the number as Raven and unlocked the front door, letting her in. "HI!" She squealed and hugged me. "Haha, hey!" I hugged her back. "Okay! My other christmas present. Stand over there, and close your eyes." Raven instructed. I stood there looking confused, but did what she said. "Okay, stay still!" I grunted as her weight was on my back. "There you go, best gift ever. Having the AMAZING Raven on your back!" She said in my ear, holding on tightly. "Yes Rave, amAZing." I emphasised to make my scarcasm stand out. She giggled. I shook my head. I grabbed my old phone and new phone, whilst trying to hold on to Raven, and sent a text to Kaycee, Carys, a few others and the guys, being BVB, my new number. A few replied with Merry Christmas's or Thanks, and whatnot, but Kaycee's reply: "That's great, happy for you, coming over, be prepared to be graced with my presence ;)" . "Nice." I laughed. Raven read the message and laughed as well.
