Silver Lining to Eden (Abandoned)

Prologue:

"Do you agree to abide my law? Tell me beings of mine that I so carefully created with the merest of imagination and cared for more than a million mothers put together; do you bow to my wish?" The voice of the Higher Power echoed to reach the smallest of living anomaly residing all around the universe.

"We do lord" answered Pilieth the King of the Praeries.

"Aye Lord" replied Gaia the leader of Wreathens.

"We abide" said Syprus ruler of the Solomon.

"We will obey & protect Lord. Your wish shall not be questioned" Said Zakaria the leader of the Angels.

"We do not and we shall not!" roared Lucifer.

Million faces turn to the voice that dared to speak against the Higher Power. A handsome being that stood tall in the midst of the kaleidoscope of races. His skin made that of the purest and finest gold imaginable, eyes that shone more than a thousand diamonds, an epitome of beauty. He was a demon.

Breezing past the rest he flew to the front with his silvery wings that stretched for miles and bowed before the blinding light that they called the Higher Power. None had seen the true face of the Light, which spoke in a voice of silk, hypnotizing each in its trance and contained powers that could be the doom of all. Indeed Higher Power He was.

"I do not agree or wish to abide to your new law Lord" Lucifer said in a strict tone.

"Have you forgotten your bounds Demon?!" Gabriel was furious at the Demon's insolence.

"Lucifer! This is not your choice to make! You shall and will indeed abide" Screamed Zakaria and turned to bow before the Light too. "I will see to it that my brother comes to his senses your Greatness" She said.

"This is MY choice to make, why else would HE ask us if he wished us to abide all his actions like daft's" countered Lucifer. "Surely we get a say in this!"

"Our place is at his side! We do as we are told to! You shall not offend his intelligence!" Zakaria screamed at a higher pitch.

"I do as I WILL to do! Clearly he gave us brains to use them not to leave them rusting! And I do NOT see a reason to agree to these terms when we our obviously higher beings than that HE created.. I mean look at them! They do not have wings nor beauty like ours, neither will they contain power as great as that HE stored within us! So why should I being the superior one bow down to them" Lucifer spat at the body of mud that stood next to him.

"This stops here Lucifer! I have warned you once; I shall not do it again! Bow! Or I shall have to force the action upon you" The anger in Gabriel's eyes was raw and he would fight for what he thinks is true. He lowered his bolt at Lucifer's neck, as he stood great inches taller than the Demon.

"You are all spiteful, insolent creatures with a dried up tissue for brains! The Higher Power clearly jests, for I think his demands at this moment are absurd!" Lucifer spoke the words with acid in his tongue.

"Enough!" Zakaria shot a ray of sun light directly at the Demon's abdominal region, sending him sprawling to the other side of the galaxy. Lucifer twitched at the pain as a trace of silvery blood oozed from the edge of his mouth. He touched the thick liquid with the tip of his index finger and studied it for a while. For the first time Lucifer felt pain and saw the evidence of his own blood. He wiped the silver liquid with the back of his hand.

"That hurt" He said and flew straight at Zakaria within a matter of half a second, pounding at her with metal fists continuously till she stopped to struggle. She slumped and he grabbed her by the neck throwing her in to the blackness of space, following her all the while as her speed slowed to fall back, he flew on top and with one hard punch to her centre he left her crashing on the ground of Eden.

"I do as I WILL" he shouted readying his fist for the last blow. Gabriel threw his bolt at Lucifer, which ripped in to his back. Gabriel was behind Lucifer in the very next instant, holding him from the waist high above the ground

"You do as HE Will's" he whispered in Lucifer's ear and placed his hand at the hilt of the bolt, to prod it through Lucifer.

Suddenly an invisible force grabbed all three, separating them from one another.

"SILENCE!" the voice boomed in their faces.

"Enough is said and done! My Will is as I shall I want it to, YOU...NONE of YOU have the right to speak of what I WILL!"
