NOAH
My sister knows that when a voice you recognize screams for you to run, you run, so that's exactly what she did when I yelled to her. She was tearing down the street as I dove towards the ground. The rotting floor beneath me gave out and I fell into the room below. The floor below rushed up to meet me, but before I had even hit, two wires dug into my chest. Then I lost control of my body as 600 volts of electricity seared through my body.

I don't remember anything, but swimming through a sea of broken glass. My eyes opened gratefully, after I seemingly traversed the entire ocean, but you can't expect to go through something like that unscathed. My entire body was numb, and it doesn't feel as if feeling would ever come back. I was trapped, and I knew I would be killed for what I did, but my family is more important. I'd do anything for them. I started to drift into unconciousness, but this time I just floated through a blessed mist.
*****************************
My head was clouded and my vision hazy, I couldn't tell if I was dreaming or awake, and my arms and legs, my only weapons refused to move. Words floated around my head. I couldn't tell if they were my thoughts, or words I was hearing. Failed experiment... Disaster... Not so bad... See to it. I felt a prick on my arm, but I was too weak to look over, too weak to care. All I wanted was to slip back into the cool haze that had been sheltering me, but what waited for me was a world of nightmares, one that I could not wake from.
