Chur, Switzerland, 16h30

"Theodore Liam Spaire... son of Lily and Lucas Spaire?" Mr. Caleb Pletr, owner of the WIFA agency, this was where my father told me to go, if anything was to happen to him and my mother.

"Yes, sir" I said, looking around at my surroundings, it was a high tech spy head quarters, like the ones you see in the movies.

Caleb nodded, and called for someone called Kayne. "Whether you are welcomed into the ardency or will be determined by Kayne." (Pronounced cane)

I nodded, as a tall girl, with long dark brown hair, and a perfect tan walked up, "Hello, I'm Kayne. You must be Theodore"

My jaw must have dropped to the floor, I had to fight her? This is going to be too easy. "That's my name"

"Suit up, boy, we're doing hand-to-hand combat." She sad, walking away, and towards these tight looking, black, cat-woman looking suits. Kayne grab one of them, and headed off to the woman's change room. I grabbed the men's version of the suit she grabbed and walked over to the men's washroom. I fought my way into the very tight, but strong, material I was suppose to fight in. When I finally got into it, I took a look at myself in the mirror, My dirt blond hair was a mess, but it always was. I walked out, and Caleb showed me to where the combat room was. He said behind a strong piece of glass, as Kayne and I got in position to fight.

"I want you to fight me as hard as you can, got it, boy?" Kayne said, with a small smirk on her face.

"Your a girl, though!" I protested.

Kayne smirked, "So?"

I shock my head, "Ok, ok"

Both of us got into a fight stance, and began circling each other, looking for an opening or  a weakness. I quickly ran towards her, missing her, but on perpus, to quickly attack her from behind, and tackling her to the ground. I moved into a straddling position, and held her down. Kayne quickly flipped us over, giving herself the upper hand. Well she was distracted from the flip, I wiggled out from underneath her. Moving back to where I started, I began to quickly revise a new plan.

Kayne began moving towards me, slowly, when she reached within my kicking zone, noting I have longer legs then her, I quickly kicked my leg up, and aimed for her chest. She caught my leg, and twisted it. Jumping up, well turn she turned my leg was my best hope, so I did exactly that. Well jumping up, I ended up kicking her in the side of her head, and she let go of my leg. I tucked in, and rolled over to the corner.

"Hm... Your better then you look, Spaire." Kayne said, She quickly advanced onto me, kicking me quite hard where the sun don't shine. I groaned loudly, well muttering a string of curse words under my breath. Taking me on well I was distracted from the pain, Kayne punched me on the nose, hard. She then tackled me, and flipped me so I was on my stomach, and she was on my back. Grabbing my wrists, she pull them behind my back. "I won."

The door open to realive her father walking in, clapping. "Well done, both of you."

Kayne got up off of me, and offed me a hand as I rolled over. Ignoring her hand, I pushed myself up off the ground, and brushed my legs off. "Thank you" I said.

"Ok," Mr. Pletr said, "Why don't you two get changed, well I take with some other people."

Kayne and I nodded, going back over to the respected change rooms. I quickly put my clothes back on and ruffled up my dirty blond hair as I walked out. Kayne was sitting by one of the funky computer monitors, checking up on something. "Your good."

I nodded, "Thanks."

Mr. Pletr walked back in, laughing at something one of his co-workers said. "Ah, Kayne, why don't you show Theodore around, well I talk with some more people about whether or not he'll be joining us."

Kayne nodded, and began heading to a hall way with training rooms on both sides. "These are our training rooms for all the agents." Looking into some of the rooms, I could see couples fighting, and one pair was actually just knives, swords, and guns.

"Wow!" I said, "Isn't that, like, highly dangerous or something? Shouldn't you be using a dummy?"

Kayne looked into the room I was talking about. "Oh, that's just our prisoner right now. He isn't cooperating, so we stuck him in there with Joe."

"Oh."

"Come on, there's a lot more then just the training rooms." Taking me towards a bare wall, Kayne stopped suddenly causing me to bump into her. Muttering my apologies, Kayne waved it off, and put her hand on the wall. The wall broke apart, to relieve an elevator. MAGICAILNESS!!! Kayne stepped into the elevator, with me in tow. After me, the doors closed, and we began plummeting down further, and further into the earths crust. Finally, we stopped at a floor called, 'WR' Whatever that meant. Stepping out of the elevator, Kayne took me past a lab, and into another room. A room with weapons lining three walls, and dummies on the fourth.

"No. Freaking. WAY!" I said, running up to one of the walls, looking at all the weapons. I was in heaven! They had all the guns imaginable, and more. Swords, knives, lasers, EVERYTHING! Half of the things in the room I didn't even know what  they were. Then, I saw it. Bow and arrow. They arrows looked like they were made of metal, and the bow looked like it was made out of some type of red wood. Slowly, I walked over to it, and pick the bow and an arrow up. Placing the Arrow in the proper spot, I aimed at one of the dummy's eyes. Pulling back, I let go and shot it. Mid shot, the Row burst into flames. "Wicked" I whispered.

Kayne laughed, but stopped when it hit the middle of the eye. "An Archer, huh?"

"My dad got me into it."  I said, feeling slightly sad about my father.

"What happened to him?" She asked, as if she had read my mind about something bad happening to him.

"Him and my mom got kidnapped. That's why I'm here. To get them back." I said. It was true. That's the only reason I was here, and after I got them back, I'd be going back home, to my regular world. Not a spy's. My parents left for a reason. I'm going to respect that, and stay the hell away after this.

Kayne nodded. "I understand... But... Just don't get your hopes up that they're alive."

"What do you mean?" I asked, putting the bow down.

"The same thing happened to my mother. She got kidnapped, and she was killed after a month. He got angry because she wouldn't tell him anything. She sacrificed herself for the agency, my dad and myself. I was 7 at the time."

Instantly, I felt horrible. Not only for my parents safety, but for Kayne. She was only 16, but been threw 10 times as much as I have, "Who's he?"

"We don't speak his name unless necessary." She paused, "Come. I'll show you the living quarters next." Walking out and back to the elevator, with me following her silently.

Once in the elevator, Kayne explained the living quarters layout. "The closer to my dad you are, the more valued you are as a member. Usually, you'll start on floor one. My dad's on floor 15. So am I."

We stoped on the 15th floor getting out. Kayne started walking, with me beside her. She stopped at a random door, and put her hand were the door knob should have been. The door opened, to relieve her father standing in a room, which had a living room, and a kitchen, and another door which probably lead into the bedroom.

"Welcome to your room, and the agency, Agent Spaire." Mr. Pletr said, smiling at me.
