Hey. So my friend volunteered me, weirdly enough, but anyways, yeah, so, this is me being interviewed by her.

Interview with our very own author of this book - OhVelvet, also the very author of ‘In Love with Cupid’, ‘Happy Endings? [A Taylor Swift inspired story]’, ‘Tips To Writing’ and 'Back Again'.

Me: Hi, thanks for agreeing to let me interview you.

OhVelvet: No problem.

Me: Well, let’s get started. For one, what is your zodiac sign? You know, just for the personality part.

OhVelvet: Well, I am an Aries. I guess that people would already be able to tell from my bubbly personality. Being an Aries, I should be eager, dynamic, quick and competitive but I am actually not quick but believe me I am competitive. A whole lot. So to other authors, please be aware. Though I am competitive, I am super friendly. If there are new authors on Wattpad stuck on what they should do, you guys can always ask me.

Me: Wow. So people, you heard her. Well, back to the interview. Second question, how did you come to know of this website and start writing stories?

OhVelvet: Oh, it was my childhood friend who recommended this website to me to read her story. But she stopped at chapter 4, leaving me and many other readers of her story hanging there waiting for a new chapter. But I’m not angry with her though. That was when I thought to give it a try at writing stories. So I started with ‘In Love with Cupid’ *smiles*.

Me: No wonder. Though as much as I would like to ask who that childhood friend is, I had better continue on the questions. But, what you just said was quite interesting. Next, if this book were to be nominated into the Watty Awards, what will you do?

OhVelvet: Hmm...Good question. But most likely, I would ask more people to vote. *laughs*

Me: Oh, *laughs*. Now, if one of your stories were to be published, what would you do with the money?

OhVelvet: Well… Firstly, I will donate part of it to charities that benefit those who have problems in life. Mentally, physically and money. I will also save some for future schooling and spend the rest on clothing. Please don’t think that I am neglecting my parents but since it is my first time earning money, I wanted to feel what it is like to use my own hard-earned money. And plus, the money that I would be saving for schooling would lighten my parents burden too.

Me: What a filial child. Alright, my next question, what do you think is interesting about your story?

OhVelvet: For one, I suppose it’s how the stories flow, not too slow or fast and the way I describe them. Actually, I don’t really know how I got that many votes. I am just glad they enjoyed my works.

Me: Well I am also a fan of your stories, and I think I contributed about 2-3 votes. *laughs*. Well, what do you think makes you different/unique/special from others?

OhVelvet: I don’t really know. Everyone is unique, different and special in their own way. So I am also unique but I just don’t know it. Okay okay, I think it is my personality that makes me different, special and unique from others. Well I am friendly, nice, bubbly and all. I am not boasting since these were what my friends agreed *laughes*.

Me: Talking about bragging much! Just joking. Last question, after this interview book you are starting on, when do you think your next story is going to come out?

OhVelvet: Not sure but I know that I will start on another romance story that will be about 3-5 chapters soon.

Me: Well, I’m sure that besides me, many others will be awaiting for it. Thank you so much for this interview.
