Chapter 2
"You're sorry, jerkface? If you're sorry, you'd let go of me! Right NOW!!!" I said.
David didn't drop his arms. Yeah, he's sooooo sorry. That ugly donkeybutt! He's so getting it. I gripped his arms that made it appear as if I was hugging him. He stiffened, obviously shocked at my actions. I trailed my foot up his calf, purposely slow and dangerously seductive. He whimpered into my ear and started to nibble. His erection was pressed into my back. That's my signal. I wrapped my foot around his ankle and delivered a kick. David tumbled down behind me. Turning around, I saw David laying like a sack of potatoes on the floor.
"Don't ever do that again. You have no idea who you're dealing with. If you think I'm going to get in your bed with a snap of your fingers, then you're a sex maniac-go see a counselor! You want to have sex, then go find Klaire ." I said deadly calm. David looked at me , dumbfound and silent. I huffed and walked away. Boys these days, are clueless. Thinking with family jewels instead of their mind. At that moment, I realized a crowd that formed. Guys were looking at David with a sneer and then turned to me with animalistic lust in their eyes. Girls were glaring at me. If fires can be shot from people's eyes, I'd be a roasted turkey on their Thanksgiving table right now. It seems like David has a fan club. Ehh. These girls were bound to hate me away.
I walked away with my head high to my first class as the warning bell rang out and the rush to get to classes started again. I reached into my bag for my map and realized I dropped it when I was kicking that fudgeface's ass. Damn it! Now how am I suppose to get to ummm...... I looked at my schedule... C823. Damnit!!! What a great way to start high school. Perfect. Freaking damn perfect. I was so busy, cursing at myself, David, high school, and basically everything in the world when the all-mighty forces above decided to make me run into another guy. But instead of just crashing into him and my stuff spilling all over the place, we headbutted.
"OWWWWWWWW!!!!!!" the random guy and I shouted. I let loose a string of profanities again, cursing the world. He seemed to have the same idea as colorful language flowed from his mouth and his voice mingled with mine as we filled the halls with our oh-so-nice words. He recovered first and got to his feet. Seeing as I was still on the floor, he reached for my arm and yanked me up. "Thanks" I mumbled as I dusted off my jeans, not really wanting to socialize with another guy after today's earlier events.
"No problem." He replied with a slight.... British accent. Hmm, how did I not notice that when I was cussing with him? As I inspected that I had no dirt left on my pants, I glanced up at him. Whoaaa....... sexy was all that popped in my head. He dressed, acted, and behaved with the aura of a skater. His dark brown hair was mussed not with a I-just-got-out-of-bed look but more like he spent hours with the wind blowing through his hair. His face was sculpted with Leonardo’s touch. His jaw was strong and his nose was one of those aristocratic noses. But his eyes captured me. His hazel eyes twinkled at me as they sparkled with specs of gold and blue. His eyes reminded me of Disneyland at night when they would shoot out fireworks . In other words, they’re magical. Oh my gosh. I was breathless. If you haven’t noticed by now, I’m an eyes person.
“Hellllloooo!” the guy said in a singsong voice as he waved his hand in front of my face. I snapped back into myself. “Eyes?” he said with a chuckle.
“Umm.. yeah.” I answered sheepishly. “Tea Rynolds” I stretched out my hand. The guy looked slightly taken back but recovered and shook my hand.
“Well, Tea. I’m Eric Townsend.” he said with a friendly grin. This guy......... is normal around me. Well there’s a first. “Well, I’d love to stay and chat but the bell is ringing in two minutes and I still need to get to class.”
“Me, too. Except I’m lost” I replied softly, embarrassed at my vulnerable state.
“Oh, what class?” he asked curiously as he took my schedule from my hands. “C823, Bio. That’s where I’m heading. Come with me.” He grabbed my wrist and dragged me down the hall, running. A left here. A right there. And another left. And we were there.
“Here we go. We better get in. We have less than five seconds left.” Eric said, panting from the run. With that, we busted through the door.
