History Should Never Repeat Itself

spinner.gif

Myths.

Some say that they are created simply by people who love to tell stories. Others say that they are adventures and tales that were lost throughout generations. However, I say that they are our history that people have been too afraid to say were true, stories that have been chopped up and exaggerated throughout time; forever lost to the world.

But what exactly is a myth? Is it really just something made up to tell young children as a bed time story? Something told for fun to strike up a conversation? Or is it in fact, true?

Some say that myth is nothing more than theory. Something that isn't exactly knowledge. Just a thought.

But to those few, the ones that believe it to be something else entirely, a myth is something that actually happened. Something, however, that was far to impossible to even be considered real.

But there are many things in this world that have never been thoroughly explained and thus, considered faked more than fact. If there is no plausible explanation for a certain thought, then it shouldn't even be considered real, right?

Wrong. People would rather classify those few things as fiction, theory, supernatural, myth.

But the fact still remains...

Aliens are slowly becoming considered actual beings.

Ghosts are being proved as more than just a story to tell around a campfire at night.

The universe is, in fact, bigger than what we had originally been told.

They are real.

This is a story of a time that goes even beyond our history. A story that has been buried in time to keep history from repeating itself.

But before I continue, let me provide some warnings.

First, this is not a story of love. Such feelings cannot be found within this tale. If a story of "love overpowering all else" is what you are searching for, then I inform you now. This is not for you.

Second, if you are searching for a story where the main protagonist is a hero and that there is a happy ending waiting for you at the end, then I must warn you... this is not even close.

Yes, there is going to be a hero but not in the form that you will be looking for.

Now finally, if you have made it this far because you are simply curious or this is exactly what you were hoping for, then let me say one last thing. There are things that should never be spoken of. Things that shouldn't even be close to being questioned. However, there will be no restrictions here. There will be many things that will seem dark or barbaric or maybe even nearly impossible to comprehend.

Remember, within darkness there is always a light. Something that people search for when all things are lost. Don't look for that light. You will get lost trying to find it.

Am I scaring you yet? No? You're very cocky then.

I have no more warnings for you.

Put on your brake lights; you're in the city of wonder now.
