Chapter 9: "Zeus!"

"Hi dad." Luke said, I wasn't sure who he was talking to

"Zeus?" A guy that looked like the greek god Hermes said

"You may, Hermes." I was guessing it was Zeus, since he answered

"Thank you." Hermes told Zeus "Hello my son." He told Luke

"We have been watching you, my daughter and Luke." The guy that looked like Percy said

I looked around, Who was he talking to? I asked myself

"Aqua." The man called

"Um...me?" I asked

"Yes, my dear." A lady said, well she wasn't really a lady, she was around 12 or 13

"What do you want?" I was scared, cuz the girls behind the somewhat teenage girl had bows and arrows.

"We saw the things you two stole, Luke and Aqua." Zeus said, the god of the sky

"No way! I don't steal!" I screamed

"And the book that read 'Θεοί και τις αδυναμίες τους,' was?"

"Luke said..."

"That you could take the book?"

"Well, yes but..."

"But what?"

"It's technically not considered stealing if..."

"If you take it?"

"Well, yes."

Zeus turned to the other gods, "I've heard enofe."

I rolled my eyes as Zeus glared at me.

"Daughter." The guy that looked aomewhat like Percy (Poseidon) said

I gulped "Yes?"

"I am so very sorry that you grew up not knowing who you or your parents are." Obviously he ment it, cuz he looked like he was crying.

"It's alright, I know now... I can deal with that."

He smiled at me, then looked at Hermes and winked.

"You must be Aqua." Hermes said

"Yes sir."

"Aqua, you don't need to talk to him." Luke said, but he sounded pissed off

"Luke, aren't you the son of Hermes?"

"That doesn't mean I'm friends with my father, are you?"

"Well, I guess not, I barely know my father."

"Same."

Luke's POV

Aqua was smiling and blushing like I had just saved her from a great demise!

"Dad, if you are my father, Why didn't you show yourself years ago?" Aqua asked

"There are rules my dear, Aqua, that even I must follow." Poseidon said

I wanted to say something like 'Yah right, you gods don't care about your children!' But I didn't say anything, cuz it would either be attack of the gods or attack of the water, and I didn't want that.

"Well, in that case, I missed you, and maybe we can see eachother more often."

"Um... Well... Um..." It sounded like Poseidon was looking for words

"Dad?"

"Aqua, I'm sorry, we are forbidden to see our children."

"But, that's not fair!" Aqua was getting red and it looked like she was crying.

"Zeus?"

"Just this time, brother." Zeus said

"Thank you." Poseidon said to Zeus "Stay where you are, I will be there soon." He told us as Aqua stopped weeping

Poseidon disappeared and the image faded, Then, there, standing in the water infront of us was a guy in a Hawaiian T-shirt and burmuta shorts, it was Poseidon.

"Dad!" Aqua screamed ad she ran through the water to hug him

"Aqua, I'm sorry about what happened to you and..." Poseidon said as he stroked Aqua's hair

Although, they were having a great time, Aqua, interrupted her father "I'm alright dad, Safire and Annabeth were always looking out for me."

"Who's Safire? And since when does Annabeth live in an orphanage?"

"Safire is the lady that runs the orphanage, and I was given a quest to protect Aqua, when I was seven." Annabeth said very politely

"Did Zeus know about this?"

"Yes."

"I must go, Aqua." Aqua nodded, then Poseidon screamed "Zeus!" And he was gone
