Dance to Death {FIN}

I had my doubts about the “new girl”. She has a name but, I get shivers when I think or say it. I will forever call her the “new girl.” She has blond hair but, looks white, blue eyes, and she always has this necklace on her neck that’s has a 6 on it.

Some girls made fun of her about it and try to take it away from her and some say that her eyes turn black and ate their hearts out. I don’t believe that at all but I’m still watching her.

On the first day, she didn’t talk and kept her head down. She wouldn’t move or listen to the teacher but, the next day she was happy and started to talk and listen to the teacher. I kept my eyes on her.

“Hey if you are going to stare at Olivia all day then ask her if she wants to come to the sleep over next Saturday?” My best friend, Crystal, said, 

 I snorted and said “No way I don’t want her freaking the girls out.”

 Crystal frown at me and said “She isn’t that bad. She is really nice and cool.”

I glare at Crystal and gave her a look that says 'shut up'. She shook her head and talk to the other girls. I turn my attention back to the “new girl” and saw her talking to another girl that I knew. When they finish talking the “new girl” stares at me and gives me a creepy smile. I look away quickly and my heart started to beat fast.

What the heck was that?

“Okay girls I have something to tell you all.” Ms.Blanket says. Ms. Blanket is my dance teacher. She is 38 and she is very nice but wild at the same time. She has a British accent which I love very much. She is like my mom… well second mom.

All the girls surround and came closer like Ms. Blanket was telling us a secret. “We have finally finished the story that we have in store its call Dance to Death. It’s about a girl who runs away from a man that trying to kill her when her knight and shining armor comes and save her and kill the man.”

Some girls started to whisper at each other and Ms. Blanket try to quiet them down but, they wouldn’t shut up.

“Hey! Shut the hell up!” Bee said.

Bee is in my class. She is really mean and bossy. She has light brown that is long and grey eyes and she is always wearing red lipstick. I mean nobody going to kiss her why put lipstick? The “new girl’ look at her and Bee finally sees her and sneered “What are you looking at freak?”

The “new girl” kept looking and Bee started to get freak out so she walk closer to Ms. Blanket.

“I have finally got your attention. I will give your scripts.” Ms. Blanket gave us our scripts and once I got mine I was shock.

“Ms. Blanket! I think you give me the wrong script." I said.

Ms. Blanket walked over to and looks at my script. She shook her head and said “No I gave you the right one.”

 “B-B-but I’m not ready.” I stutter. Ms. Blanket smile at me and whisper to me.

“I know you are ready and that you earn this roll. Practice it.” I shook my head really fast and I look in the script. Crystal snatches the script away from me and gasp.

“Y-you got the l-lead role?” I nod my head gave Crystal a small sad smile.

 “I’m sorry C I know how much you wanted the roll.” She look like she was about to cry but she gave me a big smile.

“It’s okay I’m cool with it. I’m just excited you got the lead role.” She hugs me tight.

 I said “You are crushing me.” She lets go and says sorry to me.

“Who got the lead role?” A girl who was in my class yelled. Nobody raised their hand.

 Then Crystal yells out “Annika got the lead roll!” All the girls run over to me and ask me questions and some try to take the script away from me.

 I glare at Crystal and she give me a grin.

“I’m your double.” I heard a small voice. Everyone stops what they were doing and gasp. I push the girls away to see who said that and it was the “new girl.” She had her head down with the script in her hand.

  I walk over to her and snatch the script out of her hands.

“Ouch," I heard her whisper. I shook my head and look at the big letters that was on top of the script. “DOUBLE” it said.

I froze and I gave the script back to her. I swear I saw her smile a little bit and then she starts talking to her friends.

“I can’t believe Olivia is your double.” Crystal said.

I shiver and Crystal puts her hand on my shoulder but I shrug it off and told her.

“I’m going to ruin this play for the “new girl.” I smile evilly at Crystal and she took a step back. I give her a confused look and just shrug my shoulders.
