..............................................................
I opened my eyes. I won't give up that easily.
With the image of Henry in my mind, I closed my eyes and pushed and the door, harder and harder. I even pressed my feet on the back of the washer, which made me start to spin and push at the same time. But i kept pushing. Form my life. And for Henry.
I felt the door start to move, and a little water leaked out. My lungs were screaming for air, and i needed to work fast. It doesn't help that the world was spinning.
I finally pushed open the door, and i, along with water, fell tumbling down onto the floor. I gasped for breath that i thought i would never breathe again.
"Yes." i gasped and pumped a fist in the air.
The front door closed and i heard Emma yell that her icecream was delicious, and she was wondering if i was still alive.
Tracy told her to shut up after that.
I quickly stood up, but dizzyness made me kneel down and puke. After i emptied my stomach, i stood up more slowly this time. I heard Tracy coming to the laundryroom, and i knew i had to ide again, so i hid in the hamper, burying myself in warm clothes.
Tracy walks into the room and stops. I can't see her, but i can hear her.
"Shit!" she muttered.
Emma came into the room, i heard her.
"Tracy, where is Rachey?" she asked.
"No idea, but when i find her, she is going to pay! Aaaaah!"
"Tracy, you slipped in chunks!" Emma laughed.
"Well aren't you adorable." Tracy muttered.
I giggled. I couldn't stop laughing.
Tracy walked to the hamper and opened it. When she only saw clothes, she closed the hamper, picked up Emma, and walked away. I sighed with relief.
I yawned in my double brass bed. I was so tired after a long day.
Then i heard tapping at my window.
I walked over to the window and opened it. My room was 2 stories high but Henry managed to climb the Willow tree next to my window.
"Can i get in?" he grunted. I nodded and helped him through the window. I smiled at him.
He looked at me and his eyes filled with happiness.
"Why do you look at me like you love me?" i asked him.
"Well, you know how i'm a wolf?" he asked me. I nodded, waiting for him to continue.
"Well, every wolf finds a mate, wolf or human. They fall in love with their mate the first time they see them. You are my mate, Rachel."
I gasped in shock. Henry is my mate!? I fell onto my bed.
"Wow." i mumbled. He chuckled.
"I could break up with Tracy and date you." Henry started.
No. I thought. She'll beat me 'til i'm dead. I remembered the washing machine incident.
"No." i said.
"What?" he asked.
"NO! I can't do that!" i yell whispered.
"Why not?" he sat next to my and pulled me on his lap.
"I-i just want her happy." and me not dead.
He looked at me funny.
"But we can in secret." i added.
He smirked at that and kissed me on the cheek. Where he kissed me began to feel warm.
I leaned into him, feeling his warm chest against my back. His hands rubbed my arms as he trailed kisses along my jaw line. I shivered, but not because i was cold.
I gripped his legs that were underneath me.
Soon he pulled back, but he still kept me on his lap.
I pouted.
He laughed and held up 2 movie tickets.
"Want to go and watch a horror movie with me?" he asked, still chuckling because of y pouty face.
My face brightened. "I'd love to!"
"What if your scared?" he asked me.
"If i am then i'll hold your hand!"
He smiled at that.
Even though we would be caught by Tracy if we went out the front door, i still refused to climb out the window and go down the Willow tree.
"I'll hold you." Henry coaxed me.
I narrowed my eyes at him.
"C'mon! I'll go so fast you'll feel like you we in the grass a long time ago."
I frowned, but i had to agree. Henry picked me up like i weighed a feather, and i blushed.
He opened the door and jumped.
"You never told me you were going to jump!" i stated angrily. I really thought he was going to climb down the tree.
