I've had so many good ideas building up, and so many short stories piling up, that i've decided to do a serious of my best one shots for you all!

This first one is one of my favourites about two roomates, complete opposites, finding one another for the first time.

Teddy's P.O.V

“Teddy!” Hector called from his bedroom. I groaned and rolled off the couch, landing with a thud on the floor. I removed the remote from where it had fallen before me and lodged itself into my ribcage, and placed it up on the coffee table. Then I adjusted my glasses, letting my shaggy black hair fall onto my face, and got up. I straightened my shirt and gulped as I made my way to Vector's closed bedroom door. I hated having to room with such a sociable guy; we were so incompatible, me being a nerdy shy guy with glasses that people didn't even notice. Vector's best friend even asked who I was every single time he came over to visit, and that was usually twice a week. I knocked on the door reluctantly and it swung open under my touch. Vector's room was very different to mine; where mine was neat and tidy his was an absolute mess, clothes thrown everywhere so you couldn't tell what was clean and what wasn't, empty pizza boxes tossed aside, empty cans of beer lying around. But even with all the mess it smelt nice, it smelt of him.

Vector was laying back on his bed, his ankles crossed and his hands behind his head. He was only wearing a pair of shorts while his chiselled toned and tanned chest was on full display. I gulped and moved my eyes up quickly to his face. He was grinning at me, his light brown eyes dazzling playfully like always with his light brown hair stylishly messy against his pillow.

“Hey man, wanna get me a drink?” Vector asked, wiggling his eyebrows. I rolled my eyes at him.

“Get it yourself,” I groaned and left, not bothering to shut the door behind me because he'd only call after me. I sat back down on the couch and grabbed the remote, flicking to the news. I heard Vector come out of his room, go to the fridge for another beer, then come and sat beside me on the couch. He crossed his legs underneath himself, opened the beer, took a swig and gulped it down. I once again adjusted my glasses and shuffled in my seat, trying to ignore his Abercrombie & Finch smell that wafted my way.

Vector reached across my lap and grabbed the remote, then flicked the channel onto the sport. I growled and took the remote back, changing it back to the news.

“Man why do you even watch this boring ass shit?” Vector whined, taking another sip of beer.

“It's informative,” I replied, not turning to look at him.

“You're such a dork,” Vector chuckled. He didn't know how much it hurt whenever he said that. “Change the channel,” he added seriously.

“No,” I replied, hiding the remote from him.

“Come on man, this stuff is so boring,” Vector complained, rising up on his knees on the couch to look over me.

“I said no Vector, go back to your room,” I grumbled.

“What so you're my mum now sending me to my room? Get off your high horse Teddy and change the channel will you?” he growled, trying to get the remote off me. I threw it across the room and stood.
