Isis laid next to me that next night. I had come home the day before, went to work today, then I had slept. Now I propped myself back up and I scratched her ear, she panted and went back to sleep while I decided to finish flipping through the pages.

I snorted when I had read Becky had drugged Sam so they could get married. Poor Dean had to get an assistant so he could finish a case because Sam was loopy. Once the drugs had worn off Becky hit him upside the head with a waffle iron and tied him up till she could figure out what to do with him. In the end he had convinced her to let him go so they could get the demon responsible for trying to trade her the drugs for her soul.

The demon was ending the contracts by using a middle man to kill them so he could get the souls sooner than ten years. Becky's sould was on the line as well. They were in the middle of a fight with the crossroads demon when they were interrupted as a figure stood in the doorway.

“Crowley.” Dean snarled. He wished he had the colt, but that was good as gone.

“Oh my god.” Becky gasped, “You’re Crowley?”

Crowley adjusted his tux and looked at the blonde girl and smirked, “And you are—” He couldn’t find the right words to describe her crazieness so he brushed it off, “Oh well,” he replied sarcastically looking at her sad face, “I’m sure you have a nice personality.”

He turned his attention to Guy, the crossroads demon.

“What have I told you about the Winchesters?” Crowley snapped.

The demon backed up, shrugging his shoulders. “Dean and Sam Winchester are…off limits.”

That seems to be the only thing you’ve remembered!” Crowley snapped, the demon backed up closer to Dean and Sam, fear in the whites of his eyes.

Sam raised his eyebrows, “Off limits?”

Crowley ignored him,  “What have I told you about deals!? The one rule—one damn rule—that we have is we don't break deals! If word gets out that you made a loophole no one will make deals with us anymore!”

“Give me the demon,” He motioned with his hand. Sam and Dean shifted uncomfortably where they were standing. They wanted to get rid of the demon, but they did not want anything that would help Crowley.

Crowley replied smoothly, “Consider it a temporary truce, minus the fact that I ganked your brother’s girl.”

“Ganked? That’s what you call it?” Dean shouted, “You stabbed Hope in the back! Now I don’t know what the hell you think you are doing by helping us, but believe me. If you give us the chance I will kill you.”

Becky stared uneasily from Dean to Crowley, should she leave? And Hope, that monster was dead, she could almost have said good riddance, but that might offend Sam.

“I don’t give a damn what you think you can do, but as long as the leviathans are around I want you alive. They are nasty bastards that need to be dealt with. They want extermination,” The King of Hell stated, Sam realized that less people there’d be less deals. That was his angle.

Dean shoved the demon uneasily forward towards Crowley. They vanished, not a moment later.

I flipped through the next few pages, mainly it involved Becky and so I was bored with it. She still had her soul, all that mattered, even to me...I suppose.

I drifted off into a deep sleep. I was at the same crossroads again, but Dean was nowhere to be seen. As I walked I got a grip on the gravel between my pads. I lifted my paw up and curiously enough I was in the daemon's body.

“Hello Interloper,” The voice was haunting and sent chills down my spine. My ears pinned back against my skull as I met his eyes.

Castiel…I acknowledged.
