Laughter

This is a poem I wrote to my sister when she was feeling a little down. Thought it'd cheer her up a little and I hope it does the same for you :D

Laughter

It fills entire rooms at times

From your face it removes wrinkles and lines

A sound I hear often from me and mine

Laughter can brighten a day

It can come in multiple forms

A supressed giggle or a full out storm

Use it as you like, it’ll never get worn

Make sure to bring laughter your way

If you’re just trying to meet your ends

A struggle at home or with your friends

A little something a heart needs to mend

With laughter, you’ll overcome what may

The amusement around you may be many or few

But if you don’t like what you see, just change the view

Whatever it is, you’ll make it through

So send out a little laughter today
