****Recap****

****I could see Liam White, the first boy I ever loved, the first/last boy to break my heart, the boy who changed me.

He was in a massive group, but then again, when wasn't he? He was always the popular one, the one with countless, friends, girlfriends and groupies. They all seemed centered on him, like he was a planet and they were moons, all centred on him, his gravitational pull. That used to be me.

I smiled slightly, as much as I want to hate him, even I couldn't deny how hot he was, I mean he was was cute before but now... WOW. With that chestnut brown hair and those piercing green eyes, they seemed to match the ocean perfectly. He was taller now, and since he was shirtless, I could see his well defined abs, and that sexy v-shape. He even had a light tan, and his one cute face was not a extremely hot one.****

****I smiled, he had chosen me instead of his friends, in that moment I knew I'd like Liam forever.*****

****I put my phone away, and called a cab, glancing back at Liam, I sighed. Time to go home.****

*Because of You* __ *-----Chapter Two-----*

The cab pulled up outside of my old house, at the door I saw my mom and little sister smiling at me,

"HAILEY!!" Jessie my little sister screeched, and before I knew it i was colliding with a little 8 year old, I smiled as I looked down at her cute little face; her black hair fell in small ringlets just past her shoulders and those midnight blue eyes shone with a intelligence much to complex for her age.

She looked like a mini version of me. But unlike me her hair was just black whereas mine had coloured streaks. I could hear faint laughing from my mother,

"Hey, Jessie, how's my favorite little girl today?" I said softly to her, as I picked her up,

"Good! Mommy said when you got back we could go to the beach and play kite," she repiled, looking up at me hopefully,

"Sure, just let me get unpacked 'k?" I said to her, making my way towards my mom. When I reached her she held her arms open for a hug,

"Welcome back Hails," she whispered into my ear, using my childhood nick name,

"Hey mom," I whispered, holding tightly, I missed my mom, ever since the divorce I hardly saw her.

Since my mom got custody for Jessie-who was two at the time- my dad got custody of a twelve year old me. We traveled alot, and I didn't get to make many friends, as I never stayed in one place long enough to meet any, Not that I'm complaining , but I missed being in the same place on Monday as the following Sunday. So as soon as I turned 18, and I could legally decide where I wanted to be, I came back home to live with my mom, for the rest of senior year.

The small house wan't exactly what I was used to, -with my dad being rich an all- but the peeling blue paint, and the old oak tree was better than any fancy hotel in Japan, in my opinion. I mean dad, Becka and Jacob were great, but I really missed mom and Jessie. (Becka is my step-mom and Jacob is my half-brother, he is just a year younger than Jessie.)

"HAILEY!! I WANNA GO TO THE BEACH!" Jessie wailed from somewhere behind me,

"Here, let me take that for you,you just go and have fun," my mom said laughing as she took my bag, I sighed and turned around only to see a giggling Jessie, holding a bright yellow kite,

"Come on then, let's go," I said laughing and walking down the driveway, Jessie followed behind, still giggling all the way.

*****************AT THE BEACH*****************

"Jessie, careful," I shouted towards her as she almost collied with another kite flyer. She just laughed in response. I let out a half-sigh and half-laugh as I turned around and -did the exact thing I just told Jessie off for- collied with someone else. They dropped their drink all over me. making my bra now extremely visible, through my -now completely see-through- white shirt.

"Aw, sh!t I'm so sorry..." a husky, male voice apologized, my breathing stopped, could it be? I looked up slowly to those piercing sea green eyes, and caught my breath, as the voice carried on, oblivious to my obvious distraction,

"...I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to, are you okay?" I nodded in response,

"Good, I'm Liam White, nice to meet you..."
