~~ Kendall's PoV ~~

"C'mon.. C'mon.. " The guys and I impatiently repeated.

Our second album, "Elevate" was coming out in 5 minutes, and we were getting a little pushy. I was just too much on the brink of excitment. I'm sure the guys were too. We had worked so hard on this album, and we were wanting our fans to know and realize that. We each wrote a certain song. I wrote Cover Girl. From what I've heard, people have already heard the album, and I've gotten feedback from my followers on twitter saying it was the best of the album.

Everytime I got one saying that, It made me smile.

The thing is... I don't want a cover girl. I want my cover guy. I know that sounds crazy, but I have this crush. And it's on my best friend.

James Diamond.

"WOOHOOO!" The guys shouted, as I stared off into space, not realizing the clock struck midnight.

"Uh, Kendall?" James mumbled, sitting next to me.

Close. A little to close. I turned and looked at him, but regretted it because our faces were closer then I could handle. "Uh.. uh.. what?"

"You weren't cheering! YOU WEREN'T ELEVATING A LITTLE HIGHER!" He screamed, grabbing my hand and pulling me up with him to fist pump to "Love Me Love Me" with the guys.

"I say we celebrate tomorrow. Have a party!" Carlos suggested.

"I agree." James and Logan said at the same time. They looked at each other and smiled. I felt my jealousy boil up.

Look, I've had a crush on James sense I first met him. I know it’s crazy, but I can't help what my heart feels. He's the only guy I've ever felt this way about. All the other people I've dated have been girls, but they never worked out right. Maybe I really am gay... I just won't know, unless I make a move. But I don't think I'll ever have the guts too.

I mean look at him! James is straighter then a fucking push pin! Everyone knew it too. He's always flirting with EVERY girl in sight. No matter who they are, what they look like, there personality... as long as their attracted to him as well.

I sighed, watching Carlos take out the CD and put it back in its case. "Our fans will love this album, I just know it!!"

"Totally." James replied, taking the CD and putting it away.

"Well, we should get to bed. We do have a long day tomorrow with recording, ANOTHER new song, and the party. Night guys!" Logan told us.

"Night!" I said back, cleaning my clothes, bags, and my hockey stick off my bunk, and throwing it in the lounge.

James walked up behind me, his breath tickling my neck as he whispered in my ear: "Goodnight, Kendall."

I felt chills run down my spine when he brushed past, and jumped up on his bunk. I shook my head at myself. This is ridiculous. It's never going to happen.

I jumped in my bunk, and pulled the covers over me to get warm. It was so cold here on the tour bus, but tomorrow, we will be back in LA, and back in 2J with our soft and warm beds. I couldn't wait for tomorrow to come.
