Chapter Three

Alex’s POV

It was Dark. We were going to reach in some few minutes.

Kristen suddenly fell onto my shoulders. I turned to see her. She was asleep. From a long travel of 11 hours, she was totally worn-out.

I wish I could tell her what I feel for her but what if she felt bad about it. No, this would be a mistake. Maybe I’ll lose her friendship. No, no way. Impossible.

So, eventually, we reached to one of the most beautiful city and Kristen’s Favorite – MIAMI! All the guys and girls got out of the bus. They were busy taking out their luggage.

I was about to wake her up but I stopped. She was sleeping so silently. The aura was so calm and serene. I let her sleep. It would be disturbing if I wake her up. No matter whoever says anything, but I wanted her to sleep.

David came inside the bus watching for me.

“Hey! Alex? Why are you sitting here? We’ve reached. Come on! Get down the bus.” He spoke. “And Kristen? Where is she? Has she got down?”

He wasn’t able to see her sleeping onto my shoulders as he was just near the bus gate.

“No, Kristen is sleeping.” I said.

“What?” Where?”
“Here!” I answered him.

He came over to me and saw her sleeping on my shoulders.

He winked at me and said, “Is something cookin’ between you two? Huh?”

“No-no, no way. I mean no David. She slept and I don’t want her to wake up. She’ll get disturbed; after all she is totally exhausted.” I replied him. “Let her sleep.”

“But?”

“Please, David!” I requested him.

“Okay, dude! We are waiting.” He winked at me and went down.

I told him that we’ll come in some moments.

I wasn’t able to remove my eyes from hers. Her beautiful brown silky hairs were on my shoulders and some of the flicks were hanging on her eyes.

I tried to take away those beside her ears that suddenly someone yelled out her name and she woke up.

“What? Have we reached?” She asked.

“Yes, few minutes ago.” I smiled at her and told.

“Oh! Why didn’t you tell me?” She again asked me.

“You were sleeping; I didn’t want you to wake up. You were very tired, so I thought you must sleep.” I replied her back again.

She told me it was okay if I would’ve waked her up. I knew it wouldn’t have been that okay.

We both got out of the bus, took are travel baggage and went inside the The Presidium Hotel, where we had to stay back for the first night.

The hotel was very near to the beach. The view from the balcony was really very beautiful. I was in the balcony of my room. The girls and the boys got separate rooms. There were five boys in one room. So, I, David, Eddie, Ray and Kevin were together in one room.

We were so tired that we didn’t have that much energy to move any where now. We had travelled a lot.

I was trying to feel the weather. The slight cool breeze was blowing.

Suddenly Ms. D’Souza came inside our room and told us to get fresh for the supper. She gave us some kind of band which should be on our hand while this trip gets over, till the last day of the trip, just to get recognized if we mix up with some other people here.

I took a hot bath, and got dressed up in my black Track pants and a T-shirt for the dinner and made my way to the dinner hall in the hotel with the other four guys.
